Not pleasing
Arrived at hotel no one on check in desk phoned number on window. Woman Explained and guided me into my room on phone. Went back out to van for my stuff a woman pulls up in a car tells me i have to pay her £10 parking so i moved van onto street this was not advertised on Hotels.com site at time of booking. I returned back to hotel for the woman to then show me to my room once in room i had noticed my works tablet was not on the bed where i left it or in the room i asked the woman where it was she replied how do you know about the tablet i told her it was mine i had left in there before i moved van. When the woman showed me into my room she kept commenting that i got the room cheap. The hotel wasnt the easiest place to find as it was located behind another building. The room was cold on arrival cause radiator was turned off turned radiator on and it only got luke warm all night.

Nor worth the money - will never stay agai
We booked this hotel as it was the only one available in the area for an event we were attending. Check was terrible, no-one was in the reception & we had to call to get access. We were not asked any security questions & were given the code for the door & simply told our key was in a flowerpot!! Despite being advertised as a b&b, it was just the room. I only found this out when i called about needing a vegetarian breakfast. Whilst the room itself was bearable, the bathroom was horrendous. The sliding door didnt open properly so we had to squeeze in, the shower only had 1 temperature, absolutely boiling. The bathroom was no more than 3ft-6ft & felt incredibly cramped. The whole room felt very dated & run-down. The beds were relatively comfortable. We were glad we only had the room booked for one night. Definitely NOT worth £159!!!

A dump, don’t stay here
It’s a hostel selling itself as a stop gap B&B. Advertised as a B&B that doesn’t do breakfast. I worry for your safety if you Stay here, luckily I was dragged up and not brought up, so unfortunately I am use to dumps like this in my earlier days. Just Awful.

Dharma Lodge
The hotelier was at a meeting when I arrived and I was at first given the wrong room, to her credit she sorted it immediately. I think the check in time could maybe be extended to 8pm in case of late arrivals. The hotel is quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable so when I went to lay down I was able to get a good night's sleep.

Thank you very much . Having stayed at Dharma Lodge for £23 is an absolute Bargain which is rare to find in London.

Nice, clean room. Decent size for a single. TV, shower and toilet too. The only thing I’d say is the bed wasn’t to my liking, but then I prefer a firm bed. Also I think the keypads to enter the building and the rooms are a bit tedious but apart from that it was fine

Hi Gary, Thank you so much for your review and I promise you your comment will be taken into consideration. Also just to let you know reason we have code for the room is customer lost a lot our keys and we then decided the easiest way to control the lost is to put code to check in. Only few days ago room which had key was lost and I have to spend more than £100. to get a new lock to change the whole locker. As regard of the bed every one has their own taste some like hard and some soft. We do have other room which got hard mattress so if next time you book you wont regret. Thank you again for your kind honest review. Hope to see you again. .

Comfy, clean and accommodating
It was a very last minute booking as our original hotel let us down when we arrived. Sue the manager couldn't help us enough a real gem of a lady. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Sue was on hand to help and assist at all times and gave us her mobile number when we arrived so we could contact her if required.

Wasn’t bad
It was fine. Kept calling the number at the desk and wasn’t getting an answer, about 10 mins later the woman finally comes back from outside. Could have been cleaner. Had to get the cups changed in the room that were clean. Was warm inside, and the stay was fine to just sleep in the room. The woman working there was helpful though.
