A highly recommend hotel
This hotel has nice staff. They were all kind and made sure to tend to every customers need. The hotel (rooms included) is modern and clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city. There are many available ways to take transportation, there is a train staton close by, the taxis and buses are also just outside the hotel so it's easy to get to different areas of the city.

Mycket bra men lite off läge.
Mycket fint hotell. Inget att klaga på. Området är nybyggt och väldigt lugnt och tyst och tryggt. Tyvärr inga restauranger eller butiker. Mest lägenheter och kontor. En affär mitt över gatan och ett bra frukostställe. Dock måste man ta tåg och tunnelbana till centrum. Eller taxi ca 30 min, ca 20 pund. Kommer bo mer centralt nästa gång, men i övrigt inget att påpeka.

Fotbollsresa till Chelsea
Vi var på fotbollsresa och ville bo på gångavstånd till Stamford Bridge samt ha nära till tågstation. Var inbokade på första våningen och ville bo högre upp. Det fixades direkt. Frukosten var typisk engelsk och var vällagad och smakade perfekt. Det öppningsbara fönstret var dragigt även när det var stängt, typiskt engelskt även det. Utsikten var över industribyggnader. Även om gatan utanför var trafikerad så upplevde vi inget störande buller när de tjocka gardinerna drogs för. Kan rekommendera detta hotell.

Se upp med max antal barn per rum
Bokade ett rum med två dubbelsängar åt vår familj med tre barn på 6, 4 och 1 år. Vid incheckning sa personalen att vi inte fick sova med 3 barn i rummet, varpå vi fick betala för ytterliggare ett rum för att kunna få sova på hotellet. Har bott på flera hotell med barnen under senaste året där vi fått sova alla i ett rum med två sängar, men det gick inte här och ej heller någon flexibilitet med tanke på att yngsta barnet är 1 år. Besviken.

Mycket bra, bra kommunikationer in till centrala London. Provade både buss och tunnelbana. Bra sängar, bra service. Man fick chocolate chips när man kom och även om man frågade efter dem, mycket goda. Frukosten var engelsk, helt ok, saknade kokta ägg bara.

Bra och trevligt hotell fast ett stort minus för att de tog en deposit på 50 pund även om rummet var förbetalt. Utöver detta råkade de spärra ca 300 pund av misstag- av någon anledning som jag inte vet varför. Pengarna drogs i torsdags, den 9/3 och har ännu inte fått tillbaka dem, nu den 13/3, även om personalen sa att de hade ringt banken och meddelat att de ska tillbaka till mitt konto. Vet inte om jag kommer att komma tillbaka till detta hotell. Fyrstjärnigt betyg känns tyvärr för högt.

The front desk staff were great, friendly and attentive to solving issues, but unfortunately the sound travel between rooms was awful and the key card entry system to the rooms seemed generally faulty resulting in having to change rooms and even the second room had the same issue. The sound issue would be a deal breaker against booking again for an otherwise reasonable hotel.

During the first night a male member of staff woke us up in the middle by letting himself into our room at midnight and waking us up. We literally screamed and so he shut the door and left. He then mumbled something about ice, but I’m not sure why he was looking for an excuse when the fact is he should be knocking anyway. Did the ordeal end there? No. After bolting the door and having to manually ensure our own safety, we finally got back to sleep, or my friend did at least, I was less receptive to sleeping in an area where any male member of staff can apparently walk in to to young girls rooms. lol and behold a phone call from reception. A bit late I thought, but perhaps a misguided attempt from someone on reception to apologise. Oh no, someone now giving me the third degree wondering why we were in the room we had paid for. Eventually they hung up only to once again call back demanding to know my name and basically implying we had done something wrong. Next morning we go down after a sleepless and horrible night. The MAN (for we had only encountered male members of staff thus far) barely apologise deferring accountability to the booking system and claiming their had been a mistake and the system had said the room was empty. Doesn’t answer why a random male member of staff was entering the room after midnight or why he then lied about ice; it must have been a lie if this new truth is to be believed. The situation worsened but Hilton won’t allow me to write more.
