Broken lift for 5 days
The lift(s) where broken for our whole stay, five nights. We had to walk up 5 floors each day. If the lifts had been working we would have been very pleased with our stay and had nothing to complain about. But broken for five days is a long time, when celebrating a 70-year birthday.

Överlag ok men dålig lukt i rummen, luktade avlopp. Fick stopp i toaletten. Lite obekvämt vid frukosten då vi såg flera gäster fylla sina ryggsäckar med mat/frukt från buffén.

All staff are very professional and cordial, a rare thing in 2019. Breakfast was excellent with very attentive staff. Great room service and cleaning staff aswell. I have stayed in 5 times more expensive hotels only half as good as this one.

Boendets läge var mycket bra. Personalens bemötande (bortsett från de som anordnade frukost) lämnar däremot mycket övrigt att önska.Vi skulle få vatten på flaska på rummet vilket visade sig att inte stämma. Min fru fyllde 50 år i samband med vår vistelse i London. En vännina till henne kontaktade hotellet för att be personalen om att mot betalning , servera en flaska champagne på rummet. Hon blev bara avvisad.

Good Location.
I have stayed at this Hotel several times the last years. Now it start to look worn out also the drain was clogged. Mention this twice but not getting fixed properly. Some paint and fix the carpet and drains it will be great and, almost, as new again. Good location! Although I start tp think of finding another hotel for next visit...

bra läge bra rum, men det skulle finnas mer krokar i badrumme till handdukarna. rummet var rent Tyvärr hade det blivit något fel på antalet nätter som vi hade betalt för. Det ordnade sig, men det verkade inte vara så lätt.

Bra hotell!
Trevligt att få en kaka när man kom dit! Tycker att det ligger bra till, fint att bo precis vid parken och smidigt att ta tunnelbanan till olika delar av stan. Det var lagom stort rum, speciellt när man reste själv. Frukosten var god, fanns många olika alternativ. WiFi var bra, badrummet var helt ok.

This property was nice but I will say that the room I stayed in with my partner was very small for the week. The bathroom was also very small and compact. The shower door has no sliding door to close, so water can spill onto the bathroom floor and if you’re tall, this shower is not the best for tall people. Other than that it is convenient and located to all transport.

The plumbing is quite noisy and the thermostat is more decorative than functional. The nearness of the park and Notting Hill are the real pluses along with the two tube stations nearby. It’s okay.

Little gem and the staff are great

Good stay!
Great location and restaurants within walking distance. Room was not ready at normal checkin time. Hotel restaurant was okay but very limited. I had no issues with my reservation or requests. I definitely would stay here again.

Clean and fantastic staff. Quiet, modern, and well priced for Stoke on Trent. Incredibly close to the pottery museum as well as the Emma Bridge Water Factory.
