Kommer vilja komma tillbaka!
Vi var jättenöjda med vår vistelse på hotellet. Det låg nära Victoria Station som har ankommande tåg från Gatwick alt. bussar till alla (?) flygplatser. Promenerade in till stan alt. tog buss/tunnelbana. Väldigt tysta och mysiga rum. Vi valde de något större rummen och det kändes perfekt för mer än 1 natt. Vill definitivt komma tillbaka.

Riktigt hightech hotell med snygg inredning och god service. Bra läge med promenadavstånd till turistattraktioner och relativt nära Victoria station. Häftig upplevelse. Något liten säng men bra för kortare vistelse.

Bra hotell i London
Mycket bra hotell nära Victoria Station, speciellt lämpligt om man flyger till London via Gatwick. Det var tredje gången vi bodde på detta hotell. Högre standard än snittet i London. Läget är mycket bra med lugnt både i och kring hotellet. Den enda som kanske skulle behöva förbättras är utbudet på frukostbuffén som är något begränsat i förhållande till pris.

Abslolut ett bra val
Det här hotellet är listat som digitalt/high tech hotell och jag tyckte det skulle vara kul att testa. Hotellet var mycket bra, han tyvärr inte testa så många funktioner med in room ipads etc. för jag hade ett tajt schema. Man jag gillde hotellet och närområdet!

Central lugn övernattning nära Victoria station
Personligt bemötande fick dock ett rum på baksidan, med mörkt läge dock fantastisk standard och Hästens säng med massage och ett otroligt vackert stort badrum. Rummets läge lite oattraktivt men med allt man kan önska sig och mycket knappar för alla inställningar. Fina toalett produkter och rent! Gångavstånd från både Victoria Coach station (direkt buss från Heathrow 40 minuter) och nära Victoria station, personalen gör allt för dig och kvalitet och service är nyckelord. Vi kan definitivt tänka oss att bo här nästa gång vi åker till London, nu var det endast en övernattning eftersom vi skulle vidare. Det lugna läget och sovkvalitet samt service inställning helt avgörande. rekommenderar att hitta ett rum på de övre våningsplanet.

Skön natt med mysig privat patio utanför. Bara några korta steg från Victoria station som vi tog Gatwick Express från dagen efter. Rummet mycket tekniskt utförd, kanske t.om lite för tekniskt ibland...men otroligt smakfullt inrett. Skön säng. Skulle verkligen rekommendera till fler!

Fint och fräscht hotell. Rummen är dock små, trots att vi gjorde en uppgradering till större rum så fi vi knappt plats. I badrummet fanns endast plats för en uppsättning handdukar och vatten från duchen rann ända ut i rummet. Detta skulle enligt hotellet fixas till inom kort. Restauranmgen var riktigt bra. Mitt helhetsintryck är att detta är ett fyrstjärningt hotell men fem stjärnor är det inte.

Hotell Eccelstone-modernt hotell med bra läge
Väldigt små rum som gjorde boendet obekvämt trots alla modern teknik och fina sängar. Inga avlastningsplatser för saker förutom ett par små sängbord. Ingen dörr i duschen vilket gjorde att det var vatten i hela badrummet när man duschat och inte en enda krok eller hylla att lägga handdukarna på, vi fick lägga dom på golvet i det redan trånga badrummet. I övrigt snyggt, fräscht och välutrustat med teknisk utrustning men bristen på utrymme drar ner betyget mycket.

Wife’s birthday weekend.
Lovely hotel. If you love your tech, you will love the systems they have in place. Room was very cold during our stay even though the rest of the hotel was very warm. Spoke to reception who were very helpful. Even after their intervention still cold and the room never really warmed before we left. Perfect location for the Apollo Victoria Theatre. Just ok.
Lovely hotel with good and disappointing aspects. Staff were really friendly and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately room was way too hot and we couldn’t cool it down. Bathroom door didn’t shut and the shower was really awkward to use. The tech they have invested in is annoying and a little over the top. The room also smelt as if someone had been smoking. The room is on floor -1 and there is a little courtyard outside so maybe people are smoking out there and bringing the smell inside. Breakfast was ok although nothing is kept chilled. For a hotel with such a high rating I would have expected something really special.

Lovely Stay in a Fabulous Boutique Hotel
An amazing stay in a lovely boutique hotel in a very smart and quiet part of London. We received a very warm greeting on arrival and our request for a slightly earlier check-in was accommodated without question. Our only (minor) constructive criticism was that the downstairs space was on the warm side, making it uncomfortable to spend any time there.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in quiet square in Pimlico. Beautiful interiors. Good shower, l’occitane priducts, very clean.

Really nice hotel
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very close to Victoria tube/coach station. Really nice decor, lovely and comfortable room. Staff very friendly and always helpful.

Over-engineering in some aspects - the room electronics - and under-engineering for human use in others - bathroom sink and floors - meant that the five-day experience was somewhat less than enjoyable for us. Some electrical defects reported to the front desk when discovered. None were addressed. Perhaps if the room designer were forced to spend a week in their creation, they may have made some system changes. Possibly they too would have grown tired of having the curtains open when attempting to turn on the bathroom lights... The Eccleston Square Hotel is a fine-looking establishment, but is probably aimed at a more specific clientele than a couple of boomers from Los Angeles. There is little warmth in the overall design - the floor tiles leading to our room were so optical they looked like something from the 1960's Prisoner or Avengers TV series. Google them for reference.
