Dear Derrick, It is sad to hear that you do not enjoy the stay here with us. There is always a standard supply of 2 paper rolls for each bathroom and if guest need extra , there is numerous supermarket and grocery shop that can shop the things for. For the dryer , as it was the first time we had the review regarding that is not working. In fact , we have included the digital guide for the home with all the check in information. It is quite difficult for us to control for the comfort of the bed as different people might have different preference. This is one of the most luxury property with the AC in the room. I believer there might be some sort of miscommunication and we would like to take care of.
