Ok, men långt borta...
Ett relativt billigt hotell i de nordöstra delarna av London. Tar en stund att komma in till centrum. Upplever hotellet som slitet, men hyggligt modernt. Tveksamt om det finns någon vaktmästare som fixat små skavanker de senaste åren. Städning ok. Brittisk frukost. Enligt erbjudande på bordet i restaurangen gick det att köpa till amerikanska pannkakor. I verkligheten gick det inte. Dörrnyckeln avmagnetiserades varje dag. Surt att behöva åka ned till receptionen varje kväll och fixa. Receptionisten som tog emot oss på tisdagen var synnerligen välkomnande och service-minded. Dubbelsängen var skön, men smal. Bäddsoffan var av sämre kvalitet. Summa summarum: ok vistelse i avsides hotell.

The service was really good, the staff were nice and we felt really welcome there. The breakfast was also very good and they did an amazing job making the food. We really appreciated how they cleaned our room. But it was outside of London and it takes a long time to get to the city. But we always felt really comfortable there so it wasn’t really a problem to us. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Det ända negativa var att wi-fi inte nådde fram till mitt rum då den var längst ut annar var det perfekt. Ca20min till närmaste tåg/tunnelbanan station men vill man betala 5£ så kam man ta taxi.

Overall it was a pleasant stay but the hot breakfast that we paid for was not consumable and I'm not at all a fussy eater and don't have much expectations.

It's a great place with comfortable beds, quiet rooms, clean and the staff are amazing. Special thanks to Sonia who was honest and upfront about any issues that existed and helped sort them out quickly and efficiently. Great stay for over 2 weeks!

Liked the cleanliness of the hotel and routine housekeeping check ins for the rooms, whether you allow them to enter or simply place rubbish bags outside your door to be picked up.

Low cost, perfect for business
I would recommend this hotel to anyone just looking for a bed for the night or maybe if you're on business or work trip. It's not what i'd call a luxurious hotel, but the room I stayed in was comfortable enough although the shower screen was missing it's 2nd door, however it still worked, the shower was strong and the room was clean. I think you've got to remember this place is the cheapest available, and it's got ample FREE parking and free internet, so I'd go back definitely. One last thing, i have stayed here before and the last room was a bit "Tired' but the reception moved me to a better room, no problem, so all in all I would recommend this place... remember though, it's a low cost business hotel, so don't expect the Ritz!

Absolute gem!
The hotel is covid compliant ensuring everyone keep their distance, wear their masks and sanitisers were provided in the common areas. We requested an early check in with no pressure. There is plenty of spaces to work in the lobby and managed to attend my virtual meeting peacefully while waiting for our room. The hotel and the staff did their best to get the room ready for us. We got in to our room and they gave us our request. We booked a family room and the room provided didn’t have a table in front of the sofa as per the picture but they manage to give us one and an electric fan as it was quite a hot day. The room has tea and coffee making facility with no water provided but they gave us 1 free big bottle of water for free. The staff and the manager were all fantastic! Late in the evening, I realised one of the towels was dirty of stains and they replaced it straight away. The building is old and so the room has wear and tear but overall for a 2 nights business trip, I would highly recommend this hotel. Wifi is very strong and the place is dog friendly! The breakfast was served as requested and can’t fault it. I would definitely stay here again as it’s 20 mins drive to Walthamstow Central and plenty of walks around with a lake 3 mins by walk from the property. Thank you to the management and staff! You were all brilliant!

I was pleasantly surprised the location is lovely, not far away from plenty of amenities, the price is very reasonable for the type of hotel.
