Dear guest, thank you for your review. We are constantly renovating our hotel and bedrooms. The majority of the rooms have already been renovated. The one you chose is one of our budget rooms. However it was recently renovated and decors, with new tiled shower room with suspended toilet, new sink, new wooden flooring, a new high quality Hypnos bed, desk and a new large smart TV. We also have larger and more spacious superior rooms however your review doesn’t seem to reflect the room you stayed in. Thank you and best regards,

Dear guest, unfortunately the housekeeper left the window of the room slightly open (we are still working under COVID regulations) and we were at that time of the year (spring) where a few flying ants flew inside the room. We listened to your complaint and we changed the room. It was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy and we struggled to find the right room for you. I am glad that you were happy with the alternative room offered. I am really sorry that the receptionist appeared to be be not happy but we always work under the pressure to meet everyone’s expectations and clearly this time we failed to show our commitment and determination to make your stay a memorable one.
