Absolut the best hotel in London
his hotel is out of its world ! You can not find a better place to stay at in London. The staff that works here are amazing - always a smile, they help you with everything you want. The bar is top class. The breakfast is to die for. The rooms are all individual and so classy decorated. Even the swimmingpool is sensational. This is a 10+ Hotell !!

Musikal och shopping med tonåringar i London
Jag bodde med mina två tonårsbarn på hotellet i två nätter. Läget är fantastiskt bra - nära allt - teater, shopping, buss och tunnelbana. Många bra restauranger i närheten. Hotellet har en riktigt bra servicenivå och man känner sig väldigt välkommen utan att det blir för mycket. Sängarna är sköna. Min son sov i bäddsoffan som de bäddade upp på kvällen så att vi kunde använda rummet bättre på dagtid ( stora rum inga problem att få plats med tre väskor). Vi fick rum på första våningen, men det är väldigt ljudisolerat så vi hörde inte trafiken utanför. Det kostar en slant att bo på hotellet men det är verkligen ett trevligt hotell. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Ett av de bästa hotell jag bott på
Jag reser mycket och har bott på många olika hotell. Nu i London på semester och bla kolla in London Marathon. Vi valde Haymarket mest för läget, då nära till mycket i London inklusive nära målgången för Marathon. Vi var supernöjda med allting annat också. Helt enkelt ett fantastiskt välskött och trevligt hotell med allting. Läget toppen på lugn sidogata och nära till allt. Fantastisk personal som är närvarande men inte påträngande. Välutrustat rum, Underbar frukost (vi hade att det ingick i priset - annars ganska dyrt). Bra hår/tvätt-produkter. Bra service och städ. Ett av de bästa hotell jag bott på! Kommer absolut tillbaka igen!

Wow!! Superfint och otroligt trevligt hotell med stora rymliga rum (vilket är sällsynt i London). Gym, pool och rummen - allt var perfekt. Vi använde oss av The Honest bar i biblioteket - jättebra idé och supermysig avslutning på kvällen. Min sambo, som är ifrån London, valde hotellet pga läget, då vi var på musikal på kvällen. Toppenbra om man ska till någon av alla teatrar i London eller bara shoppa på Regent och Oxford st.

The Haymarket London
Bodde ett par nätter på The Haymarket för en kombinerad business-/nöjesresa till London. Är otroligt nöjd. Ett toppenhotell i alla avseenden. Fina rum; ett sorts uppdaterad klassisk engelsk design med modern känsla. Stora rymliga rum, alla med olika och underbart fin inredning. Härliga badrum med badkar. Lobby, bibliotek och konservtorie är större än vad man uppfattar av hotellets bilder - perfekta för att avnjuta deras härliga After Noon Tea i. Restaurangen är trevlig med bra varierad meny. Frukosten kändes lyxig med många val. Men det som verkligen gjorde skillnad var det fantastiska bemötandet från personalen. Enormt trevliga och serviceminded. Oavsett ärende får du hjälp direkt och med ett leende. Ett säkert val av hotell! Enda synpunkten man kan ha är möjligen priset. Men jag antar att man får vad man betalar för. Här får du mycket känsla, personlighet och service för pengarna. Saknar möjligen en tekokare på rummet - känns lite omständigt att behöva kalla på roomservice för en kopp the - men å andra sidan inge stor sak i sammanhanget.

The Haymarket Hotel is perfect in every way! Friendly Staff, luxurious Linens and furnishings. I honestly felt as though I was staying in my own gorgeous apartment in London. Great food, craft cocktails, location, location, location! I will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Haymarket. The location is perfect - walkable to all the sites and the underground at Picadilly Circus. The room amply accommodated one adult and two children (ages 11 and 13). We arrived at the hotel early (9:00am) after taking a redeye to LHR and they had a room ready for us by 10am. The breakfast was very good. I really appreciated the staff's kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, perfect location, 5* service!!
I can't say enough good things about the Firmdale, Haymarket Hotel. First off, the location is fantastic, 5-7 minute walks from Charing Cross, Leicester Square, Chinatown, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. With all the major Theaters at the doorstep. More importantly than the location is the service you will receive from everyone there. From the doormen, front desk and concierge you will be assisted by a friendly, warm, welcoming team. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and have all the amenities you could need for your stay. Breakfast was a pleasure as were greeted every day by a wonderful hostess (Shaniha, apologies for spelling) and the wait staff, Santa, Hadrian, Asumi, Shaquan, Shiva and Mariana. Evening drinks became a fun part of our routine daily where we were indulged nightly the fun and fabulous bar staff of Naz, Marek, Victoria, Loki, Josh and Jeneba! The decor is vibrant and unique adding that boutique feel, with aa large indoor pool/party area with bar in the basement complete with spa rooms and a gym. This hotel really does have everything to make your stay in London both refreshing and fun and I honestly can say it's been such a wonderful experience I would never think about another hotel in London. I hope all the staff members we encountered are able to understand that they really made the stay for us as amazing as it was and they are all truly appreciated for it. Thank you all

We enjoyed our stay at the Haymarket Hotel so much last year that we returned again this year. The staff are amazing. Very friendly, helpful and highly professional. The decor is stunning. The hotel has a lovely light colourful ambience about it giving it a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shows and dining out. But our favourite thing was going for a pre breakfast jog along the Mall, now that was really special.

The Haymarket Hotel is a little oasis in the Piccadilly/Trafalgar Square area. So there are posher parts of town (e.g. Mayfair) but this is very convenient to theatres, etc. Everything was great. My only quibble was disorganization in the breakfast room.

Having tried many hotels in London - smaller and larger ones, it is fair to say that the Haymarket hotel is in a different league - service is outstanding, rooms top and decor amazing - what could be slightly better to hit 10 out of 10 would be the breakfast - a little more love into the cockery would do wonders.
