Mycket trevligt hotel, bra personal och mycket fantastisk frukost. Städningen kan bli lite bättre och badrummet är behov av en rejäl uppgradering det fungerar men det är också allt.

Helt okej hotel som ligger nära tunnelbanan. Lite slitet men håller en bra standard. Frukosten var mycket bra och personalen var kanon!

Ok hotel for a few days.
Very small rooms with low ceilings, I'm 6ft (183cm) and almost hit my head in the shower. Rooms are small (that is standard in London) and in need o a refurbishment. The fitness room is very basic, steam room and Sauna where good, but with a very disgusting shower solution (one shower share in a room with a toilet, for all guests to use). The breakfast is a mix of american and English, a lot to choose from, with medium quality. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Väldigt bra!
Hotellet erbjuder allt man behöver, väldigt nära tunnelbana och ligger centralt. Bussar går direkt utanför hotellet.

Bra att det är nära Westfield och T-stationen. Rummet är dock litet och inte heller klart när vi checkade in 15:30. Fick ett annat rum istället för att vänta.

There is no air conditioning. The food at the restaurant is very good. You can catch a bus right by the hotel to go downtown, and the Oxford Tube as well. This hotel is good value for the money.

The rooms were a little tired and the bed was super lumpy but overall it was a reasonably priced hotel right next to Westfield in Shepherd’s Bush. We had a room at the back so it was nice and quiet. Can’t really complain. The chap at the check in desk was super friendly as well.

Das Hotel ist leider ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen, weshalb die Sanitär Einrichtungen nicht mehr gut aussehen. Bei Regen war das Getröpfel sehr laut und hat einen, wenn man ein Leichtschläfer ist, leider wachgehalten. Für ein Hiltonhotel, dass unteranderem 4 Sterne hat, bin ich normalerweise mehr gewohnt. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
