För att vara ett fyrstjärnigt hotell hade vi verkligen förväntat oss mer. Att inte ens erbjuda dricksglas på rummet tycker vi är bedrövligt dåligt. Trots bra frukost och vänlig frukost personal kommer vi aldrig mer välja Hilton Olympia.

Ganska bra hotell
Mycket fint och fräscht hotell med tanke på Londons standard på hotell. Inte världens mest centrala hotell MEN bra med kommunikation/transport då det finns tunnelbanestationer, busshållsplatser ganska nära hotellet. Inte så många restauranger/caféer i närheten men de som finns är mycket bra. Relativt bra frukost på hotellet, aningen dyr room service = samma priser på restauranger. Några arbetare på hotellet får gärna vara lite trevligare, de i restaurangen/matsalen är väldigt trevliga.

The room was bigger than expected which was great. It was a 15 min walk to the nearest regular tube station, which was fine for us but may not be for others. The breakfast was great with a good selection of continental style breakfast items, fruit, cereal etc and cooked breakfasts such as full english and an amazing dahl! The shower in the room was not very good, this didn't matter too much as we were only staying two nights, but would have been an issue if we had stayed longer. The decor of the rooms was a bit dated but this didn't really matter to us. The staff were all lovely.

The location was ideal for my purposes. The immediate area was fairly quiet. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, though only one chair was provided when a second one was needed.

Very dated and worn out for the price. There are better deals in the neighborhood. That part of the high Street is pretty dead after 9 o’clock, I would stay at Earls Court next time.

If it wasn't for Daniel, I would rate this visit much lower. I went against my initial thoughts on this property given some of the negative reviews pertaining to the property conditions - needs major improvement. Yes, they will hold your luggage should you arrive early, but you would have thought the decision would have been made sooner than an hour upon our noon arrival from out of the country that a room would have been requested for a room to be made available a bit sooner since the lobby did not have a lot of traffic. I do understand the 3:0'clock check-in policy, but then there is customer service. The clerk whom I will not name in hopes that they have learned from failing to properly communicate with the incoming clerk that our room was available, as he assured us he would keep us informed. We happened to go ask and was told our room was FINALLY available as we were rushing to get to a planned excursion. I was clearly not expecting the room conditions that we witnessed. Is this suppose to be a Hilton property??? We quickly learned that the sink would not drain properly, which prompted maintenance to bring in a suction vac that only made the room unbearable due to the sewage that had come up. The staff at the front desk sounded very concerned and Daniel, the manager, quickly jumped in and ensured that we were transferred to a more acceptable room and even helped us carry our luggage. His customer service skills were on point. Thanks again, Danielle!!!!
