Bra, billigt hotell
Hotellet ligger en bit ifrån stan och tar lite tid att ta sig till och från. Trots 2-3 byten, väldigt smidigt! Lite svårare på natten, då tunnelbanan inte gick hela vägen. Rummen var fräscha, väldigt enkla, ganska små men inget som upplevdes som ett problem. Även badrummet var väldigt fräscht. Allt kändes väldigt nyrenoverat. Frukosten var inget speciellt men ändå helt ok. Hade önskat någon liten grönsak! Nackdelen var att det var svårt att få tag på flaskvatten på hotellet, puben sålde bara glasflaskor som inte gick att ta med. Överlag ett bra hotell!

Positively surprised
Stayed here for an event at the Excel Arena. Expected much less from this Ibis, so we were all happily surprised by the standard of the hotel.

Bra budgethotell nära DLR stationen Custom House. Små bekväma rum. Rent och snyggt. Bra, men underbemannad frukostrestaurang. I övrigt trevlig personal. Rekommenderar detta hotell.

Nice hotel
It's a nice hotel. The only thing I found a bit disappointing was the breakfast, I like a full english breakfast but there were only eggs as a warm dish. Other than that I can't complain, it was close to the DLR and to Excel.

OK Hotell nära mässan, Excel
Vi fick besked om att vi kunde boka en biltransport fr hotellet, istället för taxi, och till ett absolut fast pris. Jag ville betala i receptionen i förväg, men fick besked att det skulle betalas dir. till föraren. När vi kom fram skulle denna ha 10 GBP extra pga tidstillägg. Och efter diskussion blev vi tvungna att till sist betala. Dessutom berättade chauffören hur lång tid resan skulle ta och utfallet blev 15 min snabbare, så resan tog ej längre tid.

Okay hotel for övernattning.
Bra läge invid mässanläggningen London ExCel. Badrummet var pyttelitet, och jag fick inte tvn att fungera, men det var nog bara slut batteri i fjärrkontrollen, och jag orkade inte be om hjälp för den korta vistelsen.

Vi hade bokat 5 rum. Många brister som man var ovillig att åtgärda: dålig ljudisolering, duschar och värme fungerade inte. Högt pris, dålig service.

Mycket missnöjda! Vi köpte 4 x 5 hotellnätter på detta hotell, som är mycket mediokert: låg turistklass. Det var mycket som inte fungerade: rummen var kalla, element fungerade inte (fallit ned från väggen), duscharna gav antingen kokhett eller iskallt vatten, dålig ljudisolering - mycket oväsen från andra gäster/svårt att sova, vi fick byta kort till dörrlåsen många gånger eftersom de inte fungerade. Och det värsta: det pris som vi fick betala var rent skamligt med tanke på hotellets låga standard och dåliga service.

Hotellet är ok MEN ...
Rummet var väldigt kompakt. Ca 50 cm yta att gå på runt sängen. Aircondition fungerade ej - vi fick en fläkt istället. Frukosten var ok och goda ägg & bacon. Tyvärr fanns det ideligen matvaror som tog slut och inte fylldes på. Brödrosten började brinna vid ett tillfälle... Det var ont om platser i frukostrummet och stolarna var av formpressad metall = skramligt. Personalen försökte vara trevliga mot oss och vi fick bra service MEN vi hörde att personalen i köket grälade på varandra. Det ligger en pub vägg i vägg med hotellet och man kunde gå inomhus för att komma dit. Där fanns ok mat och god dricka och charmig personal. Det pågår ett stort bygge på andra sidan vägen från hotellet och även på nätterna körde det bilar/motorcyklar och förvånansvärt många tutade = Det var m.a.o. svårt att sova utan att bli väckt på nätterna. Den närmaste vägen till tunnelbanan var ok (följ trottoaren 100 m till höger) MEN även där höll man på att bygga och vi fick ibland gå en liten omväg för att komma till tunnelbanestationen. Omgivningarna var mycket risiga. Området var tömda, grafittimålade, slitna radhus med förspikade fönster och igenväxta "trädgårdar". Vi passerade både "gangsta"killar med bandanas och snygg svart mercedes och alkoholiserad "granne" då vi gick till t-banan. Detta var inte så trevligt där jag gick med min 10åriga dotter....

Bad hotel. No ventilation at all.
No ventilation what so ever neither in our room or in the breakfast restaurant. Super crowded at the breakfast and very noisy and small. Definitely not a place we will come back to.

Hotellet var helt okej, men inget extra. Låg ganska långt ut men pendeltågsstation fanns precis utanför så kommunikationerna var bra. God frukost som ingick. Wi-fi fungerade bra. Rummen var små och utan ac.

My room was okay when I entered it. I felt like it was manageable until i decided that I want to wash my hands and take a shower! The sink was completely clogged and would not drain itself properly at all. It also left a horrible residue of nasty dirt. The beds are quite uncomfortable. I did not have a good nights rest! Then that morning there was no hot water at all in my room and unfortunately the rooms do not have a telephone, you have to whatsapp reception which really annoyed me too. I complained via text and they offered to swap rooms for me. They did not however apologise for the inconvenience at all. My new room was alot better. But I paid for breakfast however there was non. No restaurant in the hotel was available and customer service is below average! Not at all professional in the least. Quite unhappy with my stay. I would not recommend it. Not all the lights in the room work either. and the fire alarm went off at 2am in the morning!!! Twice with again No apology. Horrible service. Definitely would NOT recommend!!!

Comfortable and good value for what I paid
I stayed for one night as I had a meeting in London the next day. The hotel was undergoing renovations when I stayed. The car park is easily accessible but costs £16 per night which is very expensive. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was clean and modern. I did not stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on the food quality.

Great refurbed rooms!
The refurbished rooms are really good. Although we were possibly the only guests due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the staff could not have been more helpful. They are a credit to the hotel. The room was bright, the new bathroom excellent, with lovely hot shower.

Great location to the Excel. Great having bar/restaurant attached to hotel where they serve meals late. Only downside was our heating in room did not work

Great hotel if you visit EXCEL
Fine hotel for business trip and visiting the EXCEL (under 5 minuts from the hotel). It was clean and comfortable. Good service. Only minus is the very noisy airconditioner, even though it was turned off it was making a lot of noise. Also noise from airplanes and train, but nothing that bothered me. I would use the hotel again.

cold rooms noisy guests
the room had no heating and drafty windows it was freezing. we were moved to another room, sadly it was on a floor full of kids trip and they were extremely noisy til about 1 am, running along corridors, banging on doors, shouting, laughing loud, play music loud, until security told them off. dinner wasnt that great. breakfast was ok and rooms were clean

Great staff
There were works going on amd near the hotel which I never knew about which resulted in a drilling and banging all night. No hot veggie option at brekkie either other tban beans and hash browns which was a shame and only side plates no larger plates which was odd. Overall, not an unpleasant stay and all the staff encountered were fab. Just could of done with some sleep!
