Property was as advertised. Location excellent for metro and buses Appliances all new with well stocked kitchen. Lots of hot water. Construction next door still happening but they only start at 8:30am go to 4pm and not very noisy except for my first day. Enjoyed my stay thank you Natalia

Fantastic Flat!!
This was a perfect location for my 12 days in London. As it was my first visit to the UK, and I was on my own, I wanted to feel safe, and be in a central location. This flat was perfect for my needs. It has every amenity one could need. And is close to everything! Two tube stations are within blocks, and there are 6 bus stops all within one block. It was safe for late night returns from the theater, and early exits to catch trains to my many adventures. A great bakery across the street, also across the street are a wonderful grocery and a beautiful park.. Two blocks down was a fun local pub, the Hansome Cab with good food and cold cider!! Easy communication, clean, super comfy bed, quiet, just everything I could have wanted!! I absolutely will be back!!!

Great landing pad for London visit
Clean, very convenient to 2 Tube stops serving 4 lines, kitchen and bath had all the necessary stuff. Very responsive communications with the host. Great stay for a several days playing tourist in London.

Lovely flat in perfect location
If you’re looking for the perfect base camp with easy access to all of London, Natalia’s flat is it. As others have mentioned, tube stations are within just a few minutes’ walk, a bus stop is just across the street — and if you don’t mind walking, there are so many great sites in the area including the Design Museum, Holland Park with Kyoto Garden, Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, Notting Hill, etc., not to mention all of the great shops and restaurants/pubs the general vicinity has to offer. The flat itself is quiet, bright, and had everything we needed. We love having the option to cook our own meals after a long day of touring, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to do so. A Waitrose just across the street was super convenient for our grocery shopping needs. Having a washer/dryer was also a plus. The bed was comfy, and clothing storage space was great. The only drawback would be the damp smell in the flat, but it is an older building, so perfection cannot be expected. And, finally, we were so grateful to Natalia for accommodating our travel needs and being so responsive, helpful, and kind. She is a brilliant host. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and hope to do so in the coming years!

Clean and Great location!
We enjoyed our stay at the flat. It is truly very well located and has a grocery store facing it…very convenient. The bathroom is equipped with anything you may have forgotten to bring. The kitchen is equipped with cooking supplies, plates, glasses, cups even some tea bags. It also has a washing machine and detergent as it is necessary to wash the towels if your stay is longer than a couple of days. Only 2 people can stay at this flat as this is a regulation Natalia needs to abide by. Natalia was very helpful. The only issue we had is that the bed was a little tight for us and that there is no air conditioning, only a Dyson fan in the bedroom. As the flat is located within a complex; the flat next door to us was rented out to 2 young ladies who were noisy in the middle of the night. And there is construction of a new building next door. These items have no bearing on the flat, it’s just our luck of the draw. I recommend this flat and the location is very good.

Convenient and quality stay
Excellent location with great access to many sights by foot, bus and tube. Directly opposite Waitrose for those looking to self cater as we mostly did and with plenty of dining options close by also. Flat is well equipped (needs a vege peeler) and was presented just as the listing describes. Currently right alongside a major construction site but not an inconvenience if you are out and about during the day. Overall, highly recommended for a couple.

Great location
Within a 15 minute walk to two tube stations and 20 minute walk to Kensington palace. Two parks are available to stroll through which we did most mornings on our way to site seeing or on our way back. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops in the neighborhood. It’s also directly across from a grocery making it very convenient to pick up a few things. Washing machine is very good and we propped the drying rack in front of the living room window and our clothing was dried by the morning. I definitely recommend.

Ideal Kensington basecamp
This apartment was an absolute gem. The location was wonderful ... we could get to any place in the city within 40 minutes (including the Royal Greenwich Observatory on the other side of the Thames). The kitchen was compact but fully functional, and the Waitrose across the street meant that we only needed to plan one mean in advance :) The updated bathroom was nicer than many of the hotels we stayed in during this trip. The only downside was the extensive construction project underway on all sides of the Carriage Lodge building. The crews were respectful of the 8 am to 5 pm work restrictions, and we were happy to enjoy the rest of London during those hours. The owner told us that the work should wrap up within the next few months, so future visitors won't have the same issue.

Great location
Loved the location in Kensington near the Underground, bus station and lots of restaurants and shops. The flat is fine with top-notch appliances and a very comfortable bed — but I would have appreciated a comfortable chair. I was surprised there’s construction going on literally right outside the bedroom window— not too annoying but it should have been mentioned in the description. Also, maybe they’re not common in the UK but I’d have appreciated a nonslip mat for the bath tub.

Great flat, location and owner!
We had a very enjoyable stay at Natalia's place. The flat is well furnished and comfortable. The location is very convenient especially if you are looking to visit the famous Hyde Park or Museums. The neighborhood is full of restaurants. Don't miss the Sichuan PoPo nearby, they have delicious soup dumplings (Xia lao bao aka Shanghai dumpling).

Perfect Location
I first have to say how wonderful Natalia was as a host. I had to change my arrival date because, due to the record heat, my train got cancelled on my scheduled date. Natalia arranged everything for me to come a day early and made the arrival so easy. She texted me the best route to get from the train station to the flat and arranged with Fred, from Cafe de Fred, to let me in. She checked to make sure I arrived without incident. And, a big plus was the elevator in the building so I didn't have to climb stairs with my luggage. The flat is across from a Waitrose and next to a wonderful cafe, Cafe de Fred. It is walking distance to 2 tube stations, Hyde Park, several restaurants, pubs; and if you like to walk, Harrods, and Buckingham Palace are not that far away. I stayed alone for the first few days and felt very safe. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, if I chose to do so. It even had a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The bed was very comfortable and there was a large closet. The internet was secure and very fast. Natalia was always available by text or email to answer any questions and help in any way. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Flat in a Lovely Area
I had a lovely 2 week stay at the flat when in London for work. The flat is comfortable, quiet, and has all the amenities. It's in a perfect location near Holland Park, making it easy to travel via bus or tube. Communication with the owner was clear, kind, and prompt. Highly recommend!

Home away home
This is a very well appointed flat. It was a perfectly appointed flat, with bus stop across the street, close to the tube, good availability of taxi. There was grocery store across the street, next door to Cafe De Fred, was wonderful local cafe with excellent food. This was the perfect home base for our travel around London. It was wonderful place to come home to rest between our busy days. We look forward to come back to this flat. Our host was one of the best we have been involved with, over all a great value. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything thing we could have wanted or needed.

Ideal location and facilities
My husband and I spent approximately a week in this flat. Natalia met us and gave us a great briefing on the flat and the local services we could find. Public transport was reasonably close with two tube stations in walking distance and various bus stops very close by. The proximity to Holland Park and Kensington Gardens gave lots of options for good walks. Information in the flat provided good choices for local eating places, which we referred to. The size was great for us as a couple and the fold out lounge accommodated our son for a few nights when he joined us. We would certainly stay here again on a return visit.
