The apartment was well laid out but too hot - needs air conditioning. The biggest issue was coming back from a full day of touring to discover the apartment had no power. Once this was fixed there was no communication to say that it had been rectified.

Modern Apartment. Large rooms with plenty of amenities. Situated close to a Tesco Express and Asda superstore. Representatives of the apartment met us at the Tube station following a phone call which was a nice touch. Easy check in/out process. Area itself was very clean outside, it felt safe wandering around in the very pleasant aspects. Only negative was the close proximity to the DLR rail line, which was noisy with windows open and slightly noticeable when closed.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the review. The pros of the apartment is to be located close to the public transport therefore there is a slight noise of the trains as you would expect to have in city center. Thank you for staying with us. Regards

位置方便 鄰近輕軌站（DLR) 公寓環境溫馨 但部分設備壞掉 無法使用 無飯店櫃檯人員 所以需要電話或email 與房東及時聯繫 排除住宿中所發生的狀況 若是有late check in 需注意要額外收費

Okay, could have been a little cleaner. Would have helped to have had some kind of instructions left for working equipping I.e washing machine, stove. Also useful information of surrounding area.

Great apartment!
The apartment was great. It is a minute walk to train (DLR) that connects to London metro. Grocery store is also a minute walk so this worked out great for us. Damian was really nice and helpful. We had a great experience.

Great apartment in a handy location. I’ve struggled to get a VAT which does lent make this an ideal choice for business travel.
