Property as described.Double with ensuite with twin room and separate bathroom.Additional sofa bed if required (not used).Not far from East India DLR tube for central London or Canning Town O2 and other lines.Local Nisa shop including Subway.Wifi (no issue), dishwasher (not used), washing machine (not used), hairdryers and fans etc. Microwave, oven, coffee machine with pods.

This was a perfect location for me and my daughters. We had tickets at the 02, and it was very convenient. The check-in was easy and the host very responsive to our questions. We did have to adjust travel while the Docklands Light Rail was out of service on the weekends, but the replacement buses were nearby and easy to use. We would stay here again!

Myself (age 60), my mom, and my two 30-something children stayed in this Canary Wharf flat in October 2024, and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations, the location, the access via rail and Underground to Central London, and the overall value of the property. The only negative was a bit of a tricky check-in process that involves a nearby store owner, a code and being able to located the correct door among several buildings to check in. But that was a minor issue. Beyond that, the host communicated before, upon check in, immediately after check-in, after check-out and was available for any need that may arise. No needs arose as the property was clean, well-equipped, and well-suited for a family stay. We particularly liked the proximity of a grocery store for one or two meals we prepared in the flat and for morning coffee, etc. We liked that the flat is located near the Thames River and a river walk, making available nice views. A major bonus was the short, quarter-mile walk to the DLT train station, making all of our trips to sight-see and seek entertainment around London very convenient. This is a great property for a family not looking for luxury accommodations but for a very comfortable, convenient and nice stay!

Overall the location is fine, decent host, nothing else to clamor about. Visited as family with two boys 10 and 16. Good stuff - Wi-Fi, shower (one of them), space and the two bathrooms / bedrooms was a bonus. (Big reason for renting this). Host was a good communicator. Can be a lot better - needs cleaner towels, needs pillow cases, cleaner curtains , beat up couch, broken night stand with ripped off siding (hazard! ) - do nothing fancy, it’s a get by place. My honest opinion was wow how did I get into this! May be totally different for someone else. Have definitely seen better offerings.

We had an enjoyable weekend at this flat near Canary Wharf. Everything was exactly as described on the listing and the photos reflected the space and amenities. The host was in touch to confirm check-in process, ensure we settled in comfortably, answer our questions and prepare for our departure. Additional information was contained at the flat about things to do and where to eat in the area. the Nisa Extra provided us with snacks, beverages and light breakfast. The East India DLR made it easy to get around, albeit a bit further out than anticipated but still easy to get around and Ubers close at hand. Great place to stay!

Our family of four stayed for two weeks in this apartment, and overall it served us well BUT there were some significant issues. 1) The flat is on the 4th floor and there is no working lift. according to the neighbours, the lift hadn't been working for 6 months and was probably going to take another 2 months to be fixed. The host emailed us about the broken lift only a few days before our trip - this should have been honestly disclosed in the listing. We could manage stairs but not everyone can... 2) Only one set of keys was provided which was very impractical - especially as whoever was home first had to walk down 4 flights of stairs to let in the others! The door intercom doesn't connect to the flat but goes to the landlord so we had to phone whoever was home to come down, too. 3) the bedroom curtains are very ineffective so the flat becomes light well before 5 am - making good sleep difficult. 4) the kitchen is missing basic utensils - just spending a little money could make it much more liveable and welcoming. A few other details would earn it a good rating. 5) In the ensuite, the basin tap drips which is wasteful and disturbs sleep. This would be a quick fix that is hopefully done very soon. 6) The loungeroom has sliding doors which allows great airflow. There is a balcony rail outside these doors for safety - you can't actually step onto a balcony. However, the proximity to a DLR station and local shop was good. There is no quick food nearby though for main meals.

Stayed here for a long weekend to take part in ride London. I was greeted by the owner who was extremely helpful and welcoming. the flat was spotless, plenty big enough for my family of five and had decent free parking. Only a 2 minute walk to the DLR and only 2 or 3 stops from canary wharf, the flat is ideally suited for business or pleasure trips. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with this property as it was very comfortable and well placed for the underground and DLR. Both bathrooms had power showers which worked well and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was new and well equipped. The apartment was very clean and the owner was very efficient and even contacted us to make sure that everything was in order.

Lin Yee a été de trÚs bons conseils pour la préparation de notre séjour au niveau des visites à faire , de l'organisation, nous a fourni des explications pour rejoindre l'appartement via l'aéroport. l'appartement est idéal pour 4, fonctionnel avec 2 salles d'eau, chambre séparée pour les enfants, trÚs bon couchage, par contre la cuisine manque d'équipements, cela faudra le revoir. sinon on rejoint assez vite le centre de londre avec les transports en commun. I would definitely recommend this place. My wife, two daughters (aged 4 and 2) and I had the pleasure to stay in this flat for 3 nights. It is exactly as advertised. Things we especially liked: free parking is available; the neighborhood is quiet and child friendly; the flat comfortably fitted the four of us (a cot is available); and it is close to a super market and to the DLR. The DLR is connected to the Underground, and Waterloo station can be reached within half an hour. We also enjoyed the close-by cable car across the Thames! In addition, the communication with the host is excellent. The cleanliness, especially of the floors, is something that could be improved, although the overall state was ok (and a vacuum cleaner is available).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Very clean, Very safe and a great location right near the East India DLR stop. There is a small grocery store located just as you get off of the DLR. It is perfect for grabbing some groceries for the evening or a quick croissant and coffee before you head out. The property is exactly as it shows in the photos. Clean and organized, light and airy. Very well maintained. Great water pressure in the showers, good storage for clothing and suitcases. Comfy beds. We stayed here as a family of four with 2 teenage girls and everyone was comfortable. The central bathroom had plenty of room for our two girls to get ready at once and there are mirrors in the bedrooms that help with this as well. We arrived during an unusual heat wave and the owner made every attempt to help us keep cool. He delivered fans to the unit and we kept the windows open at night. Even with the warm days, the apartment cooled off nicely at night. The fans were a big help. We were very comfortable. The great location and the attentiveness of the owner really made this a special place to stay. I highly recommend this property.
