🍳 Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for short or longer stays and includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee-making facilities, cookware, crockery and cutlery.

🚿 Bathroom and laundry The modern bathroom includes walk-in shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for your convenience.

🌿 Shared building facilities Guests may enjoy access to the residents’ gym, coworking lounge, games room and rooftop terrace. These are shared communal facilities and are subject to building rules, opening arrangements and occasional maintenance.

🏋️ The gym, coworking lounge, games room and rooftop terrace are shared residents’ facilities. They may occasionally be unavailable due to building rules, maintenance or private building use.

📹 Exterior security cameras operate in the building’s reception, parking and communal areas. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
