Communication was not great. Their email messages went to spam. Each time I messaged through the app, they sent another email I didn’t see. Once we connected via me calling, they set someone up to meet us on site. I prefer a code to enter so we don’t feel rushed to navigate an unknown area. The person insisted on taking a photo of my passport even though I said it made me uncomfortable. The location is good. The narrow, steep stairs are not great. The apartment is very not clean. There is mildew in the shower. The couch was covered with a throw that had stains. The throw was probably put there because the couch cushion has a big rip in it. The rug is very dingy. There is no AC. A couple of the windows open. There are no screens on the windows. We had a few flying insects but not too bad. There was only one functional fan. It blew big dust bunnies out from under the bed. The roll down shades don’t block out all light. One has water stains on it. There is no TV in the bedroom. There is one in the living room, but it is essentially just a screen because it does not receive any stations. If you bring a cord, you can watch your laptop on it. The washer worked, but the best the dry function could manage was damp. The mattress was comfortable and sheets seemed clean. The kitchen counter is a nice marble. The microwave & kettle worked. We didn’t use the other appliances. Overall it felt dirty, and we would not recommend staying here.

Comfortable but needs fine tuning
The experience was mostly good. The bed was comfortable which is important to us after lots of sightseeing, and the apartment was clean. The appliances did not have directions even using the QR code so we looked them up online. Two of the kitchen pans won't work on the stove (must be a certain type) and the laundry machine does not dry clothes no matter the setting. A new coffee maker is needed.
