They only made our bed once during our 6 days stay. They did not empty our trash once. We got the wrong room, munch smäller than what we had booked.

Nice but a little dusty
The service was lovely and the location of the hotel was in close connection to public transport. Though the rooms were sort of dusty and not that well cleaned. I suffer from allergic reactions to a lot of dust. Which is partly carried and distributed by the air conditioner system, in such there was a lot of dust in the air. This gave me trouble sleeping since my throat closed up and my eyes got itchy. Otherwise the hotel was nice and had a friendly staff.

Helt okej hotell som ligger bra till. Små rum, och väldigt enkel frukost. Jag hade önskat att rummen var större. Funkar super om man ska bo själv, men alldeles för trångt för två personer. Personalen är vänlig.

Superfint hotell. Fräscht. Jättefin frukost och service. Dock fick vi rum med utsikt över en vägg. Nära till Earls Court tunnelbana, men lite längre från centrum än vad jag är van att bo. Prisvärt. Abeda hjälpte oss mycket.

Bra location och nice med smart tv. Tyvärr tyckte jag sängen var lite hård och något lyhört mellan rummen. Fräscht inrett, men något mer välstädat hade det kunnat vara.

Ok but not more.
Där var mögel i badrummet märkte vi sista morgonen. Hård säng. Endast eluttag på ena sidan sängen. Där var förvaring men inte i någon vettig storlek. Bara massa små fack som man kunde varit utan.

Ett hotell med bra läge för kollektivtrafik. Vi fick ett rum som var väldigt fuktigt, AC funkade inte önskvärt. På morgonen var kläder i väskorna fuktiga och täcket var fuktigt på undersidan redan på kvällen. Vi påtalade detta men fick vänta fyra nätter innan vi fick ett nytt rum (med fönster). Det nya rummet var bättre, men led av liknande AC problem. Sängarna är smala och det är svårt att sova två personer i en. Frukost bestående av baguetter, juice och mindre glas med uppskuren melon och druvor. Hade inte betalat separat för detta. Personalen kändes oerfaren, men gjorde så gott de kunde.

Blandat intryck
Blandat intryck. Mycket trevlig personal, bra frukost, bra läge intill Earls Court. Rummet var inte optimalt. Saknades krokar för att hänga upp kläder och golvbeläggningen var en sorts pålimmade sviktande plastbitar med stora mellanrum mellan bitarna, helt omöjligt att hålla rent och hygieniskt. Av alla Point A hotel i London är detta inte det bästa.

Great location, close to large Tesco grocery store, earls court tube station (easy access to central London or Heathrow). Rooms are modern and renovated but small (typical for London). Wish they had a small fridge or access to fridge and microwave. Also complementary tea and coffee would be a nice touch. 9/10 will be back, excellent value!

The BEST thing about this hotel is their staff. I arrived at the hotel early on a Thursday morning and the gentlemen working the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly, he shortly was coming off his shift and the young lady was also very friendly and welcoming. I arrived earlier than my check in time and they made sure my bags were safe and that I was comfortable in their lobby awaiting for my room. The young women also working the breakfast station was very sweet. The next day I woke up late after breakfast hours and I inquired about getting a coffee… She had already cleaned and seemed like she was getting off her shift but she took the time to make me a coffee. All three of these employees are amazing and I very much hope they are appreciated. I could tell right away they work hard and they care about their job and the guests. Thank you to the 3 of you! The hotel was also very very clean and a great location. The tube is just down the street and I was able to get to any tourist attraction or shopping 15 min. I will definitely be booking again next time in London.

Nice, clean property in a good location. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Just know going in that the double-twin room is really tight, especially the bathroom. No closet and you have to sit a little diagonal on the toilet.

Hotel had really nice and plenty breakfast. Loby was great, modern decorated. I liked breakfast area a lot too. Room was modern, a little small but still nice. It was clean, good lights. Bathroom was also a bit small but it was clean, modern and nicely done. I woul only recommend hotel to provide small hand towels instead of bigger ones. Also if they can serve free tea with snacks at the afternoon, it would be great. They provide hot water all day if you bring your own tea bags.

The staff are amazing! Challenge with the property for longer stays is that there is NO closet in the rooms, rather you have hooks on the walls which isn’t the best for any stay longer than 3 or 4 days. It’s impossible to stay organized in a room the size of a postage stamp.

It was pretty clean and decent hotel close to subway and restaurants. Staff was nice and welcoming. The only thing was they didn’t provide cattle in the room so had to pay to get coffee or hot water. Overall pretty safe and comfortable stay

We feel very fortunate that we booked this room! We had never been to London before, so completely lucked out. The only thing that we would have changed was the taxi from the train station. We could have easily gotten on the tube and saved $50. The place was new, clean, friendly. Thank you

Very nice little hotel close to Earls Court. A little disappointing to find a long blond hair on a pillow in the bed, but other than that clean. Staff very helpful and nice. A big tesco not far from the hotel was also a big plus.

Gillade: Renlighet, personal och service, bekvämligheter och boendets skick och faciliteter
Zentral Gelegen Unterkunft. Von der nahegelegenen U-Bahn Station sind fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Flughafen ohne Umsteigen zu erreichen. Das Hotel macht einen sauberen Eindruck das Frühstück war erstaunlich vielfältig und gesund. Bei der Zimmerwahl aufpassen: Es gibt Zimmer ohne Fenster !
