Personen som tog emot i receptionen var ganska otrevlig. Rummet var rent och fräscht men trångt. Stort badrum men dålig dusch. Det går att ta vanlig lokalbuss från terminal 2,3 / Heathrow buss central till hotellet men informationen är bristfällig. Hållplatsen närmast hotellet heter Boltons lane när man åker till hotellet och Mondial Way när man ska tillbaka till flygplatsen. Bussen tar 5-10 minuter. Det ska även finnas busslinjer som går till terminal 5 men det provade vi inte. Den särskilda bussen som kör mellan flygplatsen och alla hotell tar mycket längre tid och är mycket dyrare.

I only stayed one night in standard room. There were a drainage issue in the bathtub in my room; and shower in the ladies changing room at the fitness facility as well. Don’t know if other rooms have the same issue? Please check them and fix it. Other than that, I did enjoyed my stay. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Liked the refreshment at the reception. But specially loved their shampoo, body wash & lotion. I visited Bijou bar on the night - their atmosphere & food was excellent.

The room is tiny, and bathroom is also downsized. Really old airport hotel. Not sure why there’s an 8 rating for this on Expedia. I expected 200 sq ft room to actually measure that and not 120 sq ft

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’hôtel. Nous avons séjourné pour notre anniversaire de mariage. La chambre était très petite, ils nous ont donc surclassé sans frais. Le seul bémol était la salle de bain, baignoire petite et rouillée, du savon resté dans un coin.

One of the slowest check in's I've ever experienced. Coming of a trans atlantic flight, I just wanted to go to bed, but I had to stand in the lobby surrounded by what appeared to be wedding patrons for about 30 mins while the clerk's stared at computer screens like they were watching a movie. Either get faster computers at reception or train your night time staff better.

Nice hotel, but the process to add an extra night was cumbersome - we had to check out and then check back in after asking to stay an extra night because our flight got changed, and they would not honour the original rate we paid for the first 4 nights.
