Bra hotell i avslappnad miljö
Jättefint område, fräscha badrum och bra service, fanns alltid där om man behövde något. Sängarna och kuddarna var lite hårda men annars jätte bra hotell och avslappnad miljö, hann tyvärr inte testa spat men frukosten är att rekommendera!

Stayed over new years.
We had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, the breakfast was very good (only remark would be that the coffee was served in a french press although it wasn’t made in one and tasted rather bland). Nice to have access to gym/sauna, didnt try any of the spa treatments. Staff was nice. The location is a bit off but its close to the water and has a nice view instead. Just a quick walk for transport which is fine.

Nice hotel with good rooms, clean and fresh. Good breakfast. Very service-friendly and friendly staff. Located within walking distance of East India Station to reach Central London. There are some restaurants in the area but not many.

Riktigt trevlig hotel, och ännu bättre personal top service! Ända som var lite tråkig att det inte riktigt fanns några affärer precis i närheten av hotellet. Men det finns jättenära tunnelbanan så man kom ju till stan hur smidigt som helst.

Could not fault our weekend away . From the moment we arrived, staff were so welcoming. Beautiful, spotless hotel. Staff lovely and friendly and rooms very spacious and comfy. Breakfast was amazing and staff could not do enough for you. Even at checkout. Lovely reception staff always smiling and accomodating.

Very nice hotel, lovely views over the Thames to the O2 arena. The breakfast didn't have a massive choice but it had all the essentials and what was on offer was very nice and really well cooked. The only thing for me which let it down was the pillows were too soft, the bed itself was lovely and comfy, but left with a bit of a sore neck due to lack of pillow support. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was spacious with a good quality shower in it. Next time I am going to the O2, will definitely consider using this hotel again.

One thing that would make a big difference is if staff was able to answer more questions about places to go and places to eat. There was no real concierge service.
