The room was clean and tidy was disappointed with shower as it kept clogging up and water wasnt flowing freely. Good spa area. There wasn't much plant base choices/varieties, one of the staff was not accommaditing regarding this matter it was very disappointing & disheartening. Other staffs were very nice & friendly.

A lovely stay for the night before our flight at Heathrow Terminal 3. There was a shuttle service right outside the hotel to the terminal for a small cost. Lovely staff, would recommend

I recommend it.
A lovely 2 night stay! The staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are good, food is tasty and good quality. I’ll be back. Just one issue- it’s almost impossible to speak directly with the hotel before you check in due to the automated telephone service. Such a shame!

While the reception and bar area look great, the LEDs constantly flicker which is rather nauseating. Food and drink is extremely expensive and extremely poor quality. Service was slow. Rooms are very tired and not particular clean. I come every year for a 3 day conference and am always disappointed. Wish they booked another hotel.

Super fint klassisk lufthavnshotel, men fuldstændig misvisende beskrivelser af transporten til og fra lufthavnen, der står specificeret som fem minutters gang. Det er ikke muligt at færdes til fods i området selv hvis man skulle ville, og kræver en shuttle-bus med betaling for at komme til og fra. Godt hotel, dårlig info.

There are better options.
Middle of the road. Just stay at Ibis, or if the price is comparable stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian down the road. The service and food are better. And the rooms are in slightly better condition, and they have better security.

the staff is rude and the room is not clean every time i have tk go outside my card is not working. so evertime even after work from room i have to come back to reception to get key recharge again which is bad experience for me i need refund.

Worth it
Very easy to get to, and a very comfortable and clean stay. It was not over busy, food is decent and not too pricy. my only complaint is the bust service was not running in the morning, and I feel they could have arranged some sort of transport for customers (paid or free) but instead I had to Uber.

No hot water in my room I asked for this to be fixed and was advised it would be, however I still had no hotwater the following morning. Not great to have to have a cold shower on a November morning! Also, the food and drinks in the bar is so over-priced. £8.80 for a pint of lager and £15 for a poor quality Pizza - Wow!!

Overall the property was fine except our room didn't get serviced we had to ask to have it done and when we tried to get someone to come to our room to clean up a broken glass it tool ages. Then when they did service our room they didn't even make or change the bed just pulled thedoo a up
