The hotel was great and the staff super friendly and accommodated an early check-in. The room had everything needed for a one night stay - I was going to a club night nearby so needed somewhere to lay my head down afterwards. It's not the most beautiful part of town so not recommended for someone wanting to see the best of London or Greenwich but as a place to sleep whilst doing other things, it's great. And served my purpose perfectly.

Ideal for visiting the o2 as we did, rather noisy around with building works when arrived but quiet over night. Reception said they would come back to us regarding a room upgrade but didn’t? Shower way too hot with apparent little option to adjust, that may have just been our room? Breakfast overall was nice but hot food not great, only scrambled egg which wasn’t the best, only streaky bacon and sausage poor quality, no baked beans, tinned mushrooms! Nice coffee, quiet relaxing dining area and friendly staff.

Excellent service and very kind and polite staff. Clean and efficient inside. The area outside the building is not great but not really relevant to my stay as I remained in the hotel.

Was very busy due to concert at 02 but staff great in keeping people entertained while waiting ! Would stay again and take advantage of leisure facilities. Great Hotel

Not near O2 and Room was not cleaned
Rooms were not cleaned properly. After complaining, some bottles were removed but there was lot of dust in the room. The name of the hotel was confusing as well. This hotel is not at O2, it will take another 15-20 min walk to Reach the hotel from O2.

Wrong room. No power
Confirmed twin then first didn't get this. Then the power in room did not work. Back to reception where after another 15 min que manager went to fix. He never came back to tell us. Returned and been moved rooms but no one knew this or where bags where.

I had a problem with reservations and payment. Basically I made a reservation to a day ahead of my arrival. I asked the Hotel to be considerate and change the reservation as I was OK to pay a penalty. I simply had to pay a full day. No options. No regard to the image of Radisson RED. So don't expect to solve any issues at the front desk without cost.

Not the usual Radisson experience
Disappointed as previously had good experiences at Radisson, but not so much this time. Check in at 2, we arrived at 4.30 to be told there'd be a 5 min wait (which was fine). They also tried to charge us again even though the room was prepaid. 15 mins later, still no room and another couple had arrived having the same problem. Reception got them some comped drinks but didn't even acknowledge us still waiting. Asked again about the room, told another 20 minute wait which wasn't soon enough as we needed to freshen up before going out for the evening. Miraculously a room was suddenly ready so we went up. We'd booked a superior room, but arrived to a tiny standard room. Called reception who said that was what they had on the system but agreed to move our stuff while we were out as we had a receipt to prove our booking. On our return we collected key to new room. Put the card in wall and everything tripped. Reception said they would be up "soon" to fix so sat in the dark and hot room waiting. Not great soundproofing - 3am girls chatting in the corridor woke us both up. 4am guys chatting in the corridor did the same. Room itself was nice, but a lot of dust collected under the bed which we could see when sat on the couch making it feel a bit grubby and no big towels supplied. None of this was the end of the world but wasn't the same experience we were used to. Understand there were staff issues, but didn't get a very friendly attitude or any apology from reception.
