Höst week-end London
Orientaliskt inspererat hotell med mycket bra läge. Hotellet relativt slitet i allmänhet med kal och tråkig inredning i rummen. Priset vi betalade i relation till värde blev ett ej motiverat överpris.

En pärla
Jag har bott här ett antal gånger genom åren, och även om designen är väldigt daterad, så finns känslan kvar. Personalen är trevlig och håller en bra stämning. Trevligt att komma ”hem” på kvällen och för en stund vara med i den nattklubbsliknande stämningen i ”the long bar”. En väl förvaltad pärla, jag kommer tillbaka!

Simply the best in my opinion.
Great stay in newly renovated room on fifth floor. Surprise from the General Manager Grant C to change my amenities back to Malin & Goetz and a great personal note for my stay. Great guest care. The Long Bar and friendly staff at the door, lobby and restaurant from morning to night.

Upplevelse i toppklass
Long weekend med min 10-åriga dotter som skulle uppleva London för första gången. Sanderson är ett klassiskt men modernt trevligt design hotell med bra läge nära shopping på Oxford Street och bra mat på Wardour Street. Service och välkomnande var outstanding från alla i personalen. Extra kul att träffa på svenska Ruth som tog hand om på alla sätt, min dotter frågande efter Ruth hela tiden. Afternoon Tea med tema "Alice in Wonderland" var fantastiskt på alla sätt, särskilt om man har barn med sig!

A good place with great location.
This is always a good place to be. Great staff and location. I always stay at Sanderson if possible. There are newer hotels in town but the feeling at Sanderson is always great and I feel good at this one.

Nice for the price
What we expected for the price we paid. The bed was super nice, very comfortable with nice linen. The door seemed very thin since we heard every step people took in the corridor, but it didn’t disturb us that much. BIG bathroom where they could have spent some more space on the shower instead of “dead space”. Location is great and the staff very helpful and nice.

Ett toppenhotell. Vi fick ett nyrenoverat rum, rymligt och fint. Badrummet var en dröm! Personalen var fantastiskt trevlig och läget är perfekt i London. Ett mycket bra hotell som vi absolut kommer att återvända till. Missa inte Madhatters afternoon tea, en upplevelse!

Mycket bra!
Bra hotell, bra service och bra läge. Vi hade bråttom därifrån när vi skulle checka ut så de tog hand om allt och levererade utcheckningsnotan så att vi kunde äta lunch innan vi satte oss i taxin och i taxin var både väska och jacka. bara att åka, behövde inte tänka på något. Servicen var riktigt bra!

Fint hotell, hade bett om ett rum högt upp men fick ett på första våningen, däremot var de helt nyrenoverade så det var rent, snyggt och stort. Enda nackdelen med att bo på våningarna längst ner är att man hör musiken från baren på kvällar/nätter. Tog en continental breakfast en dag och den var väldigt tråkig, levde inte upp till hotellets standard. Men överlag var det bra och personalen trevlig. Bor ofta på fina hotell i London och kommer inte välja att bo här igen, det var något som inte föll mig i smaken ...

Fantastisk Design Hotell
Underbar hotell om man gillar ball design. Kranarna i rummet var snygga men lite svåra att vrida på med tvåliga händer. All personal var super trevliga och proffsiga. Läget kanon. Åker absolut dit igen.

lyxhotell med vissa floppar
Fick i det stora hela ett bra bemotande, de unga tjejerna i receptionen var iofs. valdigt korthuggna och tykna i vissa saker. De hade fel priser utsatta pa vissa minibarsaker sa att jag som gast sedan blev anklagad for att ljuga vid utcheckning, jag behovde inte bevisa att jag hade ratt (vilket vid senare koll visade att jag hade det) utan de var "snall" mot mig som gast och lat mig ha ratt....lagom kul! Rent designmassigt ar hotellet helt underbart! Hog standard pa drinkar/mat/roomservice och relaxavdelningen ar underbar! Det ar fest varje dag med hog musik pa lobby-vaningen dar alla barer finns, rakna inte med en middag i lugn och ro pa hotellet. Annars trevligt barhang med manga pampar. Helt vardelost att det inte ingar internet i den hoga rumskostnaden utan det betalar man extra for, och det tio ggr mer an vad de lokala cafeerna tar. Vad som ytterligare var ett stort minus var att det inte ingick nagon frukost, inte ens kontinental sadan. Jag har bott pa manga fina hotell och vanligtvis brukar man ju anda ha tillgang till vattenkokare/kaffe pa rummet, inte heller det fanns. Laget ar jattebra, i en tyst sidogrand till oxfordstreet, gangavstand till hela soho/west end/british museum.

The receptionist was very rude when we arrived. We noticed that all customers arriving were being helped to their rooms but we were directed to go alone. Same thing with luggage, we hauled our luggage up ourselves but saw other customers’ luggage being delivered to their rooms on our floor. The customer service was cold and unwelcoming, we felt like we were unwelcome guests at a distant relative’s house, not in a hotel for which we reserved and paid for rooms. Unfortunate situation considering the rooms were fun and the location is great.

The door staff and concierge were lovely and so helpful that was the best bit about this stay! The hotel itself is dated and tired, in fact really grubby in places, whilst the room was of good size it was terribly basic and not at all appealing! From my “upgraded” room on the first floor the music from downstairs was unbearably loud and when I asked to move they told me I could if I paid a large extra rate for a suite. The reception lady basically didn’t care and made it clear. Even though other members of staff had said it was quiet and not much occupancy. The corridors are very dark and I assume to mask the fact that the carpets and paintwork are all pretty gross. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

My check-in started with a dispute over the room I had reserved. The slightly arrogant gentleman wanted to allocate a standard room…fortunately I had my Expedia confirmation for the superior room I had actually reserved. He then insisted on charging a £100 per night deposit, God only knows why ! On my second day, I returned to my room to change at 6pm, but housekeeping had not been there and my room was unattended. The ultra-modern room was cold and clinical. Check-out was fine, but I won’t be returning.
