Close to a lot of things
This is the second time I’m staying for this year in this hostel. It’s close to the tube, the city, Hyde Park and loads of food places around in the area. I have always stayed in the 16 bed room and it gets a bit warm in that room and now when I stayed it also was raining a lot so the smell in the room wasn’t the nicest with loads of damp clothes everywhere. But I like this place and I will come back again

Hi there, Thank you for the feedback and rating our hostel. We are happy to know you been in our hostel two times already and you would stay with us again. This shows that you really like our hostel and you enjoyed your stay with us. In 16 bed dorm we do have air conditioner could speak to our staff to switch it on during the day to have more fresh air in the room and after we could make it heater to keep the room warm. We are looking forward to see you again.

Close to both Bayswater and Queensway station, this hostel is perfect. You have Hyde Park just down the road. It’s a nice area with a lot of accommodations and places to eat. The hostel is very fresh and quiet. The only problem is that the rooms are a bit small and you don’t have that much space to put your luggage in the room. There is only a big lamp in the ceiling and nothing by the beds so it’s very annoying in the nights when you need light but there is only the ceiling lamp that will wake everyone up if you turn it on. Could be good with individual lamps by the beds.

Bra
Ett otroligt lagom vandrarhem, allt var generellt bra. Varken smutsigt eller pristint, okej sängar, lite högljutt helgkvällarna, trevlig personal, och en helt värdelös frukost. Jag skulle komma tillbaka. Väldigt bra läge men det är ju uppenbart.

Extremt litet rum för 12 personer. Inget utrymme för väskor. Juicen till frukosten fylldes aldrig på, så det fanns bara vatten. Knappt några toaletter i hela huset. Det enda som var bra var läget och priset.

Det var väldigt varmt på boendet. Fläktarna som fanns i vårat rum lyckades vi inte få igång och när vi frågade i receptionen om en ny/om de kunde visa oss hur man får igång den så sa de att de skulle komma upp till vårat rum och kolla men de kom aldrig. I övrigt så var boendet väldigt bra. Väldigt centralt. Skulle vara bra om de installerade lampor vid varje persons säng så att man kan se när man har dragit för gardinerna till sin "sovkub".

Bättre än jag trodde
För att aldrig tidigare bott på ett vandrarhem tidigare trotts att jag är lite till åren kommen. Måste jag säga att det fungerade jätte bra. Perfekt läge nära tunnelbana och 24 timmars bemanning. Men om man söker efter total tystnad och privat space bör man inte bo på vandrar hem. Väl värt pengarna

Billigt boende för lätt packning
Ett hostel som passar för en lätt packad resa. Ligger bra till i närheten av två underground stationer för att ta sig in till andra ställen, men finns också barer och affärer. Rummen blev snabbt väldigt varma dock och det var lite svårt att vädra. Rummen är inte till för att hänga på utan det är ett hostel för någon som vill vara mycket ute på stan eller i sällskapsrummet. Det fanns ett kök med två kylskåp som alla gäster hade tillgång till, så man kunde laga egen mat. Fanns matbutik i närheten så det var lätt att få tag på billig mat.

Pretty much as expected. The staff was fine, the facilities okay, and they do their best to keep it clean. My main issues were with other guests being inconsiderate, but in a room of nine that's to be expected. The only difficulties I had with the hostel itself was the often confusing layout, and an expensive laundry fee with a dryer that doesn't fully dry the clothes.

Eu gostei muito do Hostel mas o atendimento de Cláudia e Ryan foi excelente. Ambos muito solícitos e gentis. Claudia era incansável! Sempre me ajudando em tudo com gentileza e eficácia em vários aspectos. Inclusive subiu e desceu várias vezes pra me ensinar a usar a máquina de lavar, sempre com um sorriso.

Ok for a night
Had a twin bunk room. Clean room but corridors a bit sticky. Really narrow stairs to top floor. Not suitable for anyone with disabilities as stairs narrow and steep.

Quite poor
The lockers below the bed is very old and noisy. Each time a person opens them makes loud noise as they are made of heavy iron. Room was also extremely hot without any air con or fan.

Agradable estancia pero no cuenta con elevador.
El personal de hotel es muy amable, la habitación y baño estaban limpios, el único inconveniente es que no tienen elevador y las escaleras son muy reducidas, nos toco en el 4to piso. el equipaje lo debe subir y bajar el cliente, fue muy díficil manejar la maleta de 23 kgs y mas para mi como mujer. Me gusto que nos guardaron nuestro equipaje el día del check out ya que nuestro vuelo salia por la noche.
