Whole-House Booking: You have exclusive, private access to the entire main house across both floors — including all 4 bedrooms (Room 4 on the 1st floor; Rooms 1, 2, and 3 on the 2nd floor), the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
Basement note: The basement suite is occupied by a quiet long-term tenant. It is a completely separate, self-contained unit with its own private entrance, and there is no shared interior access or space between the basement and the main house.

Strictly NO smoking, vaping, or marijuana inside the unit
Strictly NO pets in the unit
No parties or events
No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation
✔ Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm (especially in the backyard area to respect neighbors and the lower unit)
✔ Be respectful to your neighbors and the neighborhood
✔ Park only in designated spots
$1000 fee for smoking in the house / unauthorized pets / excessive noise
$250 fee for tampering with monitoring systems (smoke detectors)
$100 fee for staying past your check-out time / unauthorized guests
