Horrible Experience

It was difficult to find the key to be able to enter. Once inside there was a big leak from the fridge. When trying to clean that up we found bugs in the kitchen. After further inspection there were bugs in one of the bathrooms. Also there were unmade beds. I reached out to the owner and never got a response. We couldn’t even stay, it was so disgusting. We immediately left. I’d love a refund. I’ll be reaching out to VRBO directly.

The apartment is in a great location for taking public transportation (tube, train, underground, metro whatever you call it) and there is a grocery store directly across the street which is super convenient for quick needs like snacks and water. There are also places to eat in the area. Over all we had a great stay and the apartment is nice and spacious. Beware if you're a light sleeper it's a little noisy because the apartment is located on the ground floor and you can hear everything around you, but otherwise it's perfect for a quick stay in London.

Great location but it needs reno's to call it stylish

Great location near to the Elizabeth line and supermarket is the best thing about this apartment. It has potential to be a nice place but needs some work done on it.eg stains removed from shower, shower drain clogged (did this myself), old ratty stained rug replaced, new utensils, etc. New carpet and mattresses would also go down well.Owner is slow at responding, seems to have little interest in helping/communicating. When I booked the website indicated something like "voted 9.5 out of 10 with 50 reviews on other websites". I don't understand who'd give it that rating - maybe it's just me who finds stained and blocked showers to be a problem.
