Bad service and staff that don’t care
A very expensive hotel that have very bad service. Couldn’t fix AC for 2 days so had to stay in a room with 28 degrees. Promised to fix it but nothing happend. Promised compensation but nothing happend. Now they have stopped answering email. Don’t go here. Not worth the money.

Det var riktigt dåligt för det priset. Jag har bott på många hotell värden över o jag har aldrig varit med om att ett hotell tar depition med 1300 kr per natt trotts att dom hade mitt kort i datorn. Jag hade bokat två rum i två nätter vilket betydde att jag fick ligga ute med 5200 kr. Städningen var absolut det sämsta jag har varit med om på ett hotell. Min fru fastnade med strumpan i en urinfläck på toaletten o det var mycket kvar att städa. Jag hade bokat med badkar och fick inte detta. Jag bokade med frukost men fick betala extra för att det kunde man inte boka i förväg. Frukosten gick väl sådär det var bara pålägget som hade torkat ihop, osten var väldigt oaptitlig då den hade torkat så det liknade ingen ost längre. Det enda som var riktigt bra var sängen o den trevliga bartendern. I övrigt kan ni lägga ner det hotellet.

Sanborn is an experience not to be missed. It provides affordable hotel accommodation that allows you to experience luxury yacht facilities and living. Beautiful environment and decor, with some really good touches!

Location ideal. 2 minutes from a tube station, away from the hussle and bustle of London, quiet setting with beautiful views of the docklands and shops and restaurants close by. Brilliant for the O2. Stunning yacht with big rooms and excellent service. All very competitvely priced. Definitely recommend.

The property is clean a big plus. However, the property is advertised as having cable but all the rooms have terrestrial channels only. Big minus as we planned to escape the children, eat, sleep and watch TV. The coffee machine did not work. A member of staff having attempted to fix it for 20min eventually replaced it. Which he should have done immediately to avoid infringing on our time. We were provided with only one bath towel. The menu for room service is extremely limited although the quality of food is good. We checked out one night early so also lost out financially (We have better amenities at home) Overall, the yacht is the selling point so glad we went it wasnt a 'celebratory' event though because of all the lack of attention to all the small details that would have made it a good experience for us.

Very different experience staying upon this boat hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms a little on the small side but adequate.

Christmas on the Sunborn
We booked this stay last minute, when our Christmas plans changed. We were able to book Christmas lunch and then decided to stay the night. The room (cabin) was luxurious with bathrobes, coffee machine and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

What a great venue! Right next to the exhibition centre where I was working. Rooms are a decent size Only slight downside was the bar, which struggled to keep up with the early evening rush

Quiet ,peaceful and beautiful
Great one night stay at a quieter location of London. Lovely rooms, bar, lounge and great breakfast. Would have been nice to have been served coffee/tea at breakfast rather than self serve, but other than that everything was great.

When is a boat....

Room not ready at check in time (3pm) Plug sockets in room didn’t work. After numerous complaints verbally and in writing no acceptable response came. Won’t recommend or stay here again.

Did enjoy but with a few issues.
I took my sister here for her 50th birthday treat. We had a nice time. I was a bit disappointed that we didn’t get the twin room I asked for. I was told we could have that when I emailed to ask. The room was very clean but very hot and the air con didn’t work so they bought us 2 fans up which did really help. Also had to ask for more towels as was only left one. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
