The internet on this property did not work and the property once we arrived did not answer a single message The amount of necessities such as toilet paper they gave us for our stay were not enough. While the place was clean, there were lights that didn't work a piece of the floor that was broken. Overall it was a terrible experience from start to finish.

Bel appartement, de bonne grandeur pour une famille et bien situé. Par contre, le divan-lit était brisé donc les enfants ont dû dormir sur un matelas au sol. Par ailleurs, il y a eu un problème avec notre carte de crédit qui a été bloquée par notre compagnie de carte de crédit. Il y a eu un manque de communication de l'hôtel par la suite, car nous n'avons pas reçu le code pour entrer dans l'hôtel à cause de cela et étions incapable de contacter la propriétaire. Nous avons finalement croisé par hasard la femme de ménage qui a réussi à rejoindre la propriétaire pour nous et nous permettre de régler le paiement. Ce fut plutôt stressant.

We paid for the superior apartment and simply didn’t get it. Booked 8 months in advance. Communicated multiple times before the stay with property and they never mentioned that our apartment would already be booked by someone else. They instructed us to go into apartment “6” and when we walked in the apartment was filthy. So filthy that we thought someone else was already in there. Beds unmade. Sheets dirty. Crumbs on the floor. Bathroom messy with hair everywhere. Property manager showed up the next day to “resolve the issue” but didn’t have a clue as to what we were talking about. It seems like dishonesty about booking availability might be trend with this property. Read the other reviews. If you have time to cancel, just book somewhere else. Awesome neighborhood though! Best of luck.

We stayed in an apartment in the basement (family of 4). It was clean and spacious, great for a family (couch, dining table, small kitchen). The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Chelsea neighborhood. So many places to eat and shop. Very safe and walkable. My only complaint is the bed in bedroom was the most rock hard and uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The cots provided were comfortable though.

The wifi was not working half the time we were there. It's not the fault of the owner though but the internet provider. Having a kitchen was convenient.

the picture on the website looks nothing like the apartment we stayed in. the fold down bed was very uncomfortable the tv was internet based so very few channels worked the apartment wasn't filthy but wasn't the cleanest, the bed sheets didn't seem like thy had been changed. we would not stay there again

Disappointing
Very small and low pressure shower. Booked a 2 bed, one of the bed was a sofa bed which wouldn’t be an issue if it would have opened fully. The master bed was in the way making it impossible to open the sofa bed fully.

Will be staying again
Wonderful stay, highly recommend. Location was incredible and the main reason we will return. Property is in good condition, nothing above and beyond but certainly a comfortable room. Lovely to have a small kitchenette as well. This property to us was all about being in Chelsea right off Kings Rd.

Die Küche bot zu wenig Ausstattung zum Kochen. Es gab bspw. keinen Topf. Bei vier Personen ist der Raum sehr beengt. Gemeinsam am Esstisch zu sitzen, ist nicht möglich. Am TV war so gut wie kein Sender störungsfrei empfangbar. Alles andere war und ist aber in Ordnung: Das Badezimmer ist gut und das Bett bequem. Das Schlafsofa erfüllt auch seinen Zweck. Die Umgebung passt auch.

Great location. Short walk to public transport and shops. Loved the area. Quiet street. Pity about the size of the unit. Limited space and no cupboards to put clothes in unless you want to stand on the bed to use overhead storage. No tea towel to dry dishes, no oven mitt to remove anything from oven. Bed very hard and spring poking my partners back. Also wasn’t informed there was no lift. Had to cart 2x20kg suitcases up to level 1, thankfully we weren’t on level 6!! Couldn’t email 48hr prior to our stay, so didn’t receive entry details or exact location. Tried to contact number provided on Wotif with no luck. Ended up waiting 45 minutes and with the help from Wotif staff finally got entry details. Also Unaware there is double entry to unit door to find keysafe. With the help from the very kind housekeeper who gave us very good instructions to get in. Very confusing and time consuming instructions to enter unit. Not sure I would stay there again. If I did I would definitely ask for a lift if you don’t like stairs!

Last 2 nights of holiday in Europe.
We spent 2 nights in London. Better instructions needed for check in , we arrived at the same time as others and we all didn't realize there was an outer and inner door to each unit. The lock box is inside the first door. Apartment was small which was fine but some amenities listed were missing, no coffee maker and no toaster oven. The carpet was in rough shape with lots of stains, it also wasn't vacuumed very well. The kitchen didn't have any oven mitts or a cloth/sponge for washing dishes. Just a dirty sponge under the counter which I didn't use. Only clock in the apartment didn't work. Tv had no channels. Limited toiletries for 3 people. Liked that laundry facilities were available. Some coat hooks inside the door would have come in handy. Most apartments we've rented on holiday come with bottled water. The lady doing the laundry was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of many attractions.

attention à la literie
Nous avons réservé l appartement pour 4 personnes. 1 lit dans une chambre et 1 canapé lit. le lit bien, par contre aucun draps pour le canapé lit et lorque nous l avons déplié, un matelas extra fin et la structure était cassée. nous avons essayé d appeler la ligne d urgence, pas de réponse. nous avons trouvé au rdc une femme de ménage (très gentille) qui nous a donné des draps mais pas de solution pour réparer le canapé lit . nous avons donc passé la première nuit par terre. la responsable est venue le lendemain matin et nous a certifié faire le nécessaire pour le réparer. réparation très sommaire qui n a pas tenue le dernier jour. bref nous avons passé 5 mauvaises nuits. Un simple clic clac à 400 euros aurait fait l affaire !! nous avons payé relativement cher et nous pensions dormir correctement. un geste commercial aurait été bien venu, c est quand même honteux. dommage car l appartement était bien et très bien placé.

We had a very nice week-long stay here. The neighborhood was beautiful and easy to get around from. The apartment was clean and modern. The checkin process was easy. We did have a few issues though. Firstly, the oven and oven vent were broken. The pan we were given to use was so scratched we had to go out and buy a replacement (which we left for the next tenants). The shower pressure was forceful and took some getting used to. But the main issue we had was a block-wide power outage on our second evening in London. The outage was not the fault of the property, but we received no communication from them on when the power would be back on. We tried to call and email to no response. Eventually we went searching for staff and found a housekeeper, who despite her best efforts, also didn't know what was going on. The communication here was so poor we had to let other residents know what was going on with the power outage, since everyone was confused. Overall, I would still recommend this studio for its location and cleanliness, despite the issues with communication and the kitchen quality.

The Apartments at Chelsea were in an awesome location, on a quiet residential street. We felt very safe in the entire area surrounding it. The Sloane Square Station was a quick 5 minute walk. Dining, shopping, and a grocery store all within a quick walk too. The actual apartment was very well “loved” and a little tired. However, it had all the amenities we needed and was in such a good location, we weren’t bothered by it. The queen bed mattress is very much in need of being replaced. These apartments do not have an elevator, so you do have to carry your luggage up the stairs-we were on the 4th floor! We would definitely stay here again. We loved the area.

Endroit ideal , propre , les points negatifs pour un 'appartment' c'est qu'il manquait d'equipement , pas de linge a vaissele , pas de lingette pour nettoyer notre table et espace de cuisine , pas d'essuis-tout , pas de sac a vidange de rechang, pas de serpiere ou aspirateur , on a séjourner 5jours et ce fut difficile de nettoyer notre espace , je recommande tout de meme cet etablissement , quartier tres clean et securitaire.

I had stayed at the property before but in another flat. The one I stayed in this time was not properly cleaned/ dusty - there was missing bathroom tiles, the shower drain was broken, water damage to the floor around the kitchen, the bed sheets were spotty. Great location, but the property was awful.

The small apartment is fine for a couple. It's practical and located in a good spot. Gaining access is a bit complicated (lots of codes at first), but once you have the key, it's okay. If there are more than two of you, know that the sofa bed is not comfortable. The mattress is thin, and there's a horizontal bar that pokes out. Sleep is practically impossible. The bathroom is fine, though there's no outlet where you can plug in a hair dryer. There's also no light switch for the bathroom, so don't drive yourself crazy looking for it. It shuts off after you leave, though sometimes not for a while. We cut our stay after one night and booked a proper hotel. The change was worth every penny.
