Super mysigt med 50 meter till tåget
Toppen ställe med egen bar och underbar personal. Stället är en bit ifrån london city vilket kan vara både skönt och mindre skönt men detta var inget problem alls då det ofta går tåg till och från Ealing Broadway från West ealing där du enkelt kan byta till central line som går rakt igenom staden london och du är i centrum på 30-40 min. Super mysigt hotell som jag verkligen kan rekommendera vidare. Det rummet vi fick var ganska litet men inget som störde oss då vi endast sov där.

Cosy hotel in the suburb!
Nice little cosy hotel for family stay with a great breakfast! About 30 min with Metro to the city centre and 25 min to airport with Heathrow Connect. Hotel is 10 min walk to Metro station West Ealing.

Room better than than the state of the hotel. Very average food at restaurant, but friendly staff and positive service.

Klockrent , familjär stämning och varma tillmötes gående personal roliga glada och gör en alltid till lags. God mat , bra ut bud i baren mysiga kvällar och ordentlig frukost meny.

Frukosten kan förbättras. Lite svårt att komma fram till reseptionen från rummet ibland. Ingen svarade i telefon när vi ringde 0. För övrigt var vi helnöjda och kan rekommendera det till andra.

Valentine's day weekend.
The rooms were wonderful. Cleaning was spotless.Personnel didn't give enough information what we had access to. At breakfast some days we reveiced bread. Some days butter, rarerly the combination of the two. Information said it was a large breakfast. But we didn't agree to that. Very small portions of food and we left the table still hungry.

I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests and those hosting private events happy but maybe knock the sound down a little? Overall a fantastic stay and the food is excellent!

The hotel needs some repairs and upgrades, but what it lacks in mod cons it makes up for with the food, proximity to transportation, gorgeous food, cleanliness, and exemplary customer service (cleaning staff, maintenance, breakfast crew, and pub staff). I loved staying there and my family could not have loved it more. Bless.

Lovely place to stay with great pub downstairs. Good selection for breakfast and to have free on site parking is a bonus and the Elizabeth line round the corner !! Happy days

3rd stay, the last trip was not so good, The bar staff and reception staff were fantastic and accommodating as always. Restaurant staff seem to choose their hours. Close up for breakfast before 11 am, evening staff close the kitchen early. Weekends are better they stay open and serve breakfast and dinner up to the advertised times.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. This was my daughter’s second time staying and my first. We will definitely be back. We were given a suite and it was exceptional! Bed was comfortable and room very quiet for the location. Room facilities and supplies were perfect. Great location and a quick train ride to Paddington station. Food was great. Loved that breakfast was included and they were able to accommodate late check out! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend when staying just outside of London’s downtown core.

Very comfortable stay with friendly staff and good food - in addition to the breakfast, we had dinner in the attached pub. Great option for short hop the Heathrow on Elizabeth Line and far better than Heathrow Airport hotel experience.

Check in girl isn’t too bright or caring but she did her job. Oz the bar manager and Amber were amazing. Nicole was a great waitress. Room and bed was smaller than I expected but I am a large dumb American. the shower was perfect however. My only critique would be that I really needed a power adapter but I suppose that’s my responsibility too.. Overall, great place with a very unique vibe. I’ll be back. Thanks guys so much .☺️

What a beautiful hotel, close to Heathrow for a layover. Excellent Pub and Reception staff. Loved every hour of my short stay. Restaurants onsite and close by. Waitrose supermarket 10 min walk to stock up on chocolate to take back to USA.

Great hotel. Room was exactly as pictured. Loved soaking in the tub after a long day in the center of London. Transportation is perfect. The Elizabeth Line runs straight from Heathrow to West Ealing station which is literally across the street from the hotel. Hopped onto the train for an easy commute into the city center. Breakfast is fabulous and the pub and beer garden are great too. Glad we found this little gem.

The receptionist had lovely customer service and I felt welcomed. The room is well maintained classic British style and loved glass bottled waters and local chocolate/snack that was provided complimentary. The area is safe and loved my stay there. Sunday roast and English breakfast were also delicious! Also if you’re flying from Heathrow it’s only 20 mins away by train.

Great Little Hotel
Check in was a breeze, Carly was friendly and efficient. Libby looked after our daily needs, for a few days and was always cheerful and friendly. Our check out was handled efficiently by Brigitta. The desk staff are a 10/10. Housekeeping kept the hotel clean and tidy.The bar staff were friendly, but lacked a little knowledge when it came to cocktail preparations. The afternoon/evening kitchen staff were limited in their abilities to pull together good food consistently, but the morning breakfast kitchen staff did an outstanding job. Overall our 1 week stay was very pleasurable because of the Drayton staff. Well done team! The hotel is located close to the metro, but it's a little ways from the buzz of London so requires more communting.

A nice looking property in a quiet area. Nice welcome, parking a bit problematic as the lane to very exclusive parking is narrow. Food was very good. Breakfast was an excellent addition, great choices. Only downside is the size of the "double bed", it isn't. If we have a choice of a bigger room next time we will take it. Thanks for a great weekend base.
