Staff were kind and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was very nice had a good variety of cooked food, a range of drinks but less cold food options.

Lovely hotel. Staff were really very friendly and rooms were very modern. Everything was spotless. We didn’t eat in the hotel but there was a nice coffee cafe in the lobby. The bar on the first floor service was a little slow but other than that a great stay and we would recommend.

I thought The Gantry was Amazing! Beautiful hotel, so clean, finishes were immaculate and high end, design style fun and inventive. The public toilets were a design experience!! We felt very looked after. Charming staff, so helpful! You could REALLY make friends with them, Lovely! ❤️ Food was fantastic! Best steak we’ve ever had in STK restaurant. Lovely area to have breakfast downstairs. Rooms were lovely and SO quiet! You would think you were in the middle of the countryside! Temperature in rooms was perfect….they REALLY pay attention to detail. Situated in a lovely clean and interesting area, with a wetland walk near hotel. SO convenient for travel into London and other areas.Tube station is across from hotel, plus National railway next to Tube station. Westfield shopping mall to the left of hotel 150 yards or less. Very big shopping mall, lots of great places to eat. The whole place just seemed to flow, we found it all so settling and convenient, clean and safe. We would definitely go back. Highly recommend!!!

Really nice hotel located within a few minutes walk of the Westfield shopping centre. Modern, clean with food / drink options within the hotel and surrounding area. My only gripe was when calling down to Reception and requesting a wine glass and oat milk to be told i would have to come down to the first floor restaurant and collect the items myself - not really my idea of room service. But otherwise my stay was really nice and I would consider returning

The rooms are really good at this hotel, beautifully decorated and spacious. Unfortunately the reception area lets it down, when checking in we booked breakfast for one of the days as we had an early start which was £20 each. Upon arriving at breakfast we were told that we hadn’t paid but they would ‘sort it out’ with reception later. On checking out we were told again that we needed to pay for breakfast, I showed the receptionist my credit card transaction where we had paid for breakfast already (unfortunately they didn’t give us a receipt which I would recommend doing if you do stay here). Anyway, I get back home and check my credit card again and I can see they’ve charged me double for breakfast so I called them, they were unable to help me on the phone and asked that I email the manager, which I have done and waiting for a response. It’s very frustrating that you can’t speak to someone to sort it out, and it should be clear on their records that it’s a mistake. There were some other small issues with checking in, such as she didn’t tell us how to use the lifts (they are complicated unless you know how so we had to go back and ask), and they never told us where or what time breakfast was. If the hotel can sort out their communication systems from reception then I would’ve rated this hotel much higher but unfortunately I’m now having to spend time trying to sort out their error which really puts me off staying here again.

We stayed at this hotel as we were going to the ABBA voyage show. The hotel is located close to the Westfield shopping centre and Stratford International train station and DLR. The staff are friendly and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade and free drink in the bar. The hotel is modern and contemporary.

Lovely, modern hotel in a great location. Easily accessible to the ABBA arena. We had a short taxi ride there but enjoyed a nice 25 minute walk back. Shopping right on the doorstep at the Westfield Centre. About 10 minutes walk from the tube station. Enjoyed that you could buy a good coffee and a pastry from the ground floor area.

We stay 14 days for a trip me and my wife to this hotel. We read the reviews previously and we agree all of them. We highly recommand and we be back if we get back to London. Note the staff was perfect in every experiment we meet during our trip. Special thanks for the breakfast quality a all the smile we get during our long stay.

The hotel room is very clean and spacious. Our room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is also close to the mall and train station which makes it easy for transportation and food. I recommend.

Great location, plenty of options for shopping, transportation. A bit of a pain with a car as you have to park over at Westfield Shopping Center and get validated later. Would have liked a valet option. Room service was disappointing arrived in a paper bag with no utensils or plates. However lovely room, soundproofed and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with plenty of options and choices. Staff very courteous and friendly. Would like to give a special mention for his kindness and help during our stay to Duan. We were there for a funeral and he went out of his way to help me. Would stay here again.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Check in was a very long process but once past it, everything was very good.
