A pleasant room in a pleasant, quiet hotel. Good interior style, nice beds, very nice but quaint breakfast. The English Breakfast was very simple, but it was exactly what I needed, and the amount of cereals to choose from was very good. All of the personnel were very nice and helpful, the poor receptionist had to stay up until 1-2 AM to greet us and check us in, when his shift ended like 3 hours ago.
The hotel room was, however, a bit stuffy, and we didn't know how to open the window to air it out, so that was a negative, however, we could have just asked someone to help us. Hindsight is 20/20.
The most important part for me was staying close to Oxford Street, which we were, and there's a good amount of restaurants, fast food places, grocery stores and cafés in the area.
All in all, a lovely hotel that I'd love to return to someday. The price was definitively worth it, as it didn't cost way too much more compared to hotels in Paddington, and it did save a lot of travel time.
