Lägenhet mitt i fint och restaurangtätt kvarter
Det var lite svårt att hitta, för hotellet kallar sig The Harrington Collection, så vi trodde det var ett konstgalleri och inte ett hotell. Servicen var mycket bra, väldigt hjälpsam personal. Stort och rymligt vardagsrum med ett kök som fungerade. All disk togs om hand av städpersonalen. Badrummet var litet, men rent. Läget bra nära en tunnelbana och muséer och många restauranger.

Favorithotell i bra läge
Bor alltid, om det finns något ledigt, på Harrington. Jättebra läge ett kvarter från Glocester Rd tube station. Rymliga lägenheter som är välutrustade. Bra skick även om vissa skavanker börjar dyka upp. För längre Londonbesök finns inte många bättre hotell.

Perfekt
Jättebra hotell till ett jättebra pris! Rent och fräscht tack vare städning varje dag. Ingen mat dock, men 24/7 affär finns precis runt hörnet, "underground station" likaså. Jag trivdes jättebra här och ska definitivt tillbaka!

Vi hade bokat en månad i förväg för att de fyra sista nätterna på en treveckors tågresa få bo lite fint och bekvämt i London. Hotellet såg fint ut, men vi fick ett rum utan fönster i källaren. Vi hade betakt MYCKET pengar för rummet, så vi surnade till. Troligtvis var rummet till för personal som skulle sova över eftersom vi var tvungna att passera en dörr med "staff only" . Skulle sedan duscha på kvällen, men det fanns bara kallvatten, inte ens ljummet. Jag kallade på personalen som skulle fixa det till dagen efter. Dagen efter var det samma sak. Jag kallade på personalen igen som konstaterade att det inte fanns varmvatten. På kul började jag spola och tittade på klockan. Efter 15 minuter började det bli lite varmt i handfatet och efter 10 minuter i duschen. Något annat rum kunde inte erbjudas oss eftersom det var fullbelagt, men jag blev så jobbig i foajen att vi fick 20% avdrag per natt. Dom kunde också lova oss ett bättre rum nästa gång. Vilket skämt. Många liter vatten gick det åt varje kväll innan det gick att använda badrummet.

Bra apartment men buller från renovering
Hotellet var av typ lägenhet. Rent och fräscht med kök å vardagsrum. Enda smolket i bägaren var att byggjobbarna drog igång en stor borrslagmaskin kl07.30 - 09.30. Kan man inte vänta med denna typ av arbete tills folk vaknat åtminstonde

We loved the Harrington Apartments and had a great stay. The apartment was large, spacious, beautiful and clean.The location was excellent just a short walk from Gloucester Road tube Station and we used the Piccadilly line to get in and out of Central London and perfectly located for our concert at the Royal Albert Hall which we walked back from.The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took an interest in us and could not have been more helpful. We are definitely going to go back to The Harrington Apartments on our next trip to London. Great eating options in the immediate neighbourhood. Mike and Gill Wilson December 23

Great location and felt totally safe. Staff available 24/7 and they were super friendly and helpful. Our studio was well stocked with everything a traveler would need. Our place was clean and comfortable. Staff and housekeeping exceeded expectations. Will definitely return here.

Location is a winner
Location is a winner close to eateries and underground. We had a one bedroom apartment with nice well equipped kitchen. Bedroom was on the small side but sitting room was a good size. Service was exceptional, very personable staff.

Good points. The bathroom and shower are excellent. The air con was good and easy to control. The kitchen is clean and functional. Shops restaurants nearby. Bad points. The walls are paper thin...we were in apartment room 501 on the upper level and could clearly hear the admittedly unnecessarily loud conversations from next apartment. Thankfully we dont speak arabic and mercifully there was no late evening chatter or we would have had to complain.

Location was great and staff was great. The place needs a little work. The sofa in family area is horrible and very uncomfortable to sit in. It says it had a full freezer but it did not. One of the bathrooms had a shower curtain and made it horrible to shower in because it stuck to you and it did not contain the water in the shower. The Wi-Fi was not great and gave us problems. The fact that it had AC was a bonus if your looking for that. Overall it's not a place I want to hang out in during the day but that was not what we were there for so no big deal. I just expected more for the large nightly stay and was quite disappointed.

Location was good but the unit was disappointing. Front desk staff also very rude. Not all units have laundry facilities as stated on Expedia. When we asked at the front desk, we were told that we had to walk with our washing 8 mins to do it. Then told we should have rung to check laundry facilities. We arrived back one day to find housekeeping had left our front door wide open and were nowhere to be seen. We didn’t even ask for them to make up the room - they just let themselves in. Tiny elevator. Good location but that’s about it…

I liked the place where this hotel is located, and the fact that it is very clean. I did not like the fact that the kitchen has no windows, meaning that the whole apartment smells bad after cooking and you are obliged to eat out. Also, if you are more than 2 people, you are given a cot, and bot a sofa bed as advertised. I didn't like the lift, tiny and not modern. But the worst aspect is probably the price, which was very high and as high as 2 rooms in a hotel.

Great location and the room had a very useful kitchen area with most things you need to be self sufficient. The front desk staff were welcoming. The room and hotel look a bit tired for furnishings and fittings and the bed wasn't comfortable. Avoid a room with a connecting door to the neighbouring room. Sound carries.

Super Room, Super Staff.. noise from next door
Apartment was lovely, staff super friendly, unfortunately my room 403 was an interconnecting room and the guest next door arrived late on the Thursday and got up very early on the Friday which meant my bedroom was lit up with their light and the hairdryer and walking around was very distracting from getting any sleep.

Location is 10, but a part from that the flats are not comfortable at all. Tired furniture, super tired flooring huge scratches everywhere, awful bed, EMBARASSING BATHROOM, tiny tub, impossible to take a shower because the faucet is fixed on the tiles and it is clogged with scale so you don’t get a proper water jet but just water mist, impossible to get the lower part of the body rinsed. The sink it’s a joke, you will not even fit your hands. Lighting in the room is wrongly installed so you end up in the dark. For 300€ per night it does not worth the price, very disappointing.

Perfect stay for family of 4
Our first time as a family of 4 and the apartment was perfect for us, lots of space for our 2 teenage daughters. The staff were extremely friendly, it was in an excellent location, we will definitely be returning.
