Prisvärt boende för familjen
Bra och prisvärt boende i London. Busshållplats alldeles utanför med buss till t.ex. Oxford Street. Några hundra meter till tunnelbana. Vi hade rum mot gatan och stördes till en början av trafikbullret.

Checked in on the 26th of June, the hotel Charged me 9000 swedish crowns and te day after I realised that someone had charged me even more (7600 swedish crowns), had nothing to live on so I had to borrow money. Asked the receptionists if they could help me out and one of them (I think his name is Marlon) really took his time to help me find out who charged me 7600 sek. We didn’t find out and we both think it’s hotels.com. Absolutely awful of you! Other than that our bathroom was very dirty and the bed was uncomfortable and it made my back hurt. But a huge thank you to Marlon!!! You’re a star.

Trevligt och prisvärt, nära till kommunikationer
Vi bokade ett tvåbäddsrum Luxury. Trevligt och bekvämt med stora sköna sängar. Litet kök m kyl, kokplatta o varmvattenkokare. Kaffe o tepåsar fanns. Rikligt tilltagen Continental frukost. Trevlig personal. Nära till kommunikationer T-bana o buss. Absolut prisvärt!

Väldigt trevlig weekend
Bodde nyligen med tonårsdottern en helg. Stort, ljust och trevligt rum (2 stora, härliga dubbelsängar), heltäckningsmatta (fräsch), platt-tv,litet pentry med micro/spis/kyl, diskho, tallrikar och glas. Litet men bra badrum med dusch (lite slitet). Ljus lägenhetskänsla, lite lyhört och en del trafikljud. Helt ok kontinental frukost. Fina omgivningar med närhet till vackra Regents Park, Mme Tussauds, tjusiga hus att titta på vid promenad. Ca 15 min till Oxford Street med t-bana/buss (väldigt bra kommunikationer). Hotellet är väldigt trevligt, som ett omgjort bostadshus, visst är vissa deler lite slitna men väldigt vänlig personal som hjälper till med allt från rätt stickkontakt till utskrifter, bagageförvaring och bussinfo. Bra pris och standard för ett London hotell som ligger lite utanför "stan". Återvänder gärna med resten av familjen.

Great stay, but not happy with luggage collection
We are happy with the stay, We are very disappointed that luggage store is advertised, but every Friday when collecting, I am made to feel that I am inconveniencing the lady who is sitting at the reception, just by the comments that were made by her. I hope next Friday I will be met by a more friendly manner.

7 day stay
Comfortable room with kitchen but very run down Carpet is filthy and probably never cleaned. Only dirty chair to sit, so I used a towel over it. There is no desk, only a highly side board, so couldn’t write sitting on the chair. No breakfast available to buy even though a full restaurant is advertised in the hotels.com listing. Staff not party friendly. I understand the hotel is shutting down soon - about time!.

The hotel was good enough for a one night stay over. The glass shower door in our bathroom was not closing properly, resulting in some flooding in the bathroom. The kitchen was also down. Other than that, the room was clean and warm. The hotel is also accessible via the Underground.

Missed Opportunity
This hotel could be a little gold mine! In the heart of Maida Vale and near some nice restaurants and the tube etc. You can be in the West End in 15 minutes It is a such a shame it is so run down and needs so much work.Our room was ok but not very clean and poorly equipped. There was a kitchen but nothing in there to make it functional, not enough cups or glasses, cutlery etc. The bed and towels were clean and beds comfy, but the whole place needs a refurb, the shower was mouldy and the walls and carpets marked. Most annoying was that the curtains didn't fit the windows! There is no public area to the hotel - no bar or restaurant or even a toilet available so don't plan to do anything but sleep there. The hotel is quite a noisy building - we could hear other toilets being flushed, the lift and people talking. Staff were pleasant and parking is secure, if not on the expensive side for this part of London. If you managed to pay about £40- 50 per night for a room it would be a fair price, I have stayed in better Premier Inns and Travelodges.

Det var skidt
Hotellet er meget nedslidt. Det regnede ned fra ventilationen på badeværelset. Toiletsædet og toiletrulleholder sad løst. Bruseren virkede dårligt, da det var svært at regulere vand/varme I bruser. Der var lovet føntørrer - den var der ikke. Gulvet i værelset var løst og meget ujævnt. Hotellet er uden hygge. Ingen grønne planter eller andet udstyr, så man fik lyst at opholde sig på værelset eller i fællesarealer. Toiletfaciliteter i fællesarealer ved reception var der ikke. Man skulle udenfor og gå et stykke hen over gården . På websiden stod der at man kunne få morgenmad (som var årsagen til vores valg) det var der så heller ikke. Udenfor var der ikke noget, som man fik fornemmelse af venlighed og imødekommenhed.Dette hotel får ikke mit besøg igen

Die Unterkunft weißt Schimmelbefall in allen Zimmer und im Besondere im Bad auf. Alle Zimmer haben Feuchtigkeitsschäden und die Unterkunft war nicht gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiterin der Unterkunft hat uns angelogen und behauptet, dass Apartment sei gereinigt worden. Der Zustand des Apartments ist unglaublich, so etwas haben wir nur in Dokumentationen im Fernsehen bisher gesehen. Das EXPEDIA dieses anbietet ist uns unerklärlich, weißt aber auf eine entsprechend auf Profit ausgerichtete Firmenpolitik hin.

These apartment unit fit 5 people comfortably but some of the items were not working. For example, the refrigerator and microwave. It is a little out dated and the sheets were stained. The person that checked me in was a not as friendly. Overall the location is great. We walked to a few restaurants, bar, store and starbucks. It was doable for one night.

The staff was very helpful specially the receptionist called “Youssif” Location of the hotel was okay, a little bit far from center but its good Phone was out of service so couldn’t call reception Not all sockets were functioning for charging the phone or turning on the hair dryer Price expensive for what they have BUT clean and nice hotel overall, I would recommend it when prices are a little bit lesser

We noticed a lot of grime in the bathroom and kitchen area, we had to clean this ourselves as we had 2 young children with us. Because of this we decided not to eat breakfast there that we pre paid for. They have me £20 off the £30 parking charge. But felt they could of gone a bit further. The staff were understanding, but there was no one of authority around to discuss this with.

Really, really bad hotel. Stay away from this.
I would strongly recommend not to book at this hotel. I made the mistake of paying in advance for four nights; if we could, we would have left immediately and found an other hotel. The hotel is in really bad shape, and the breakfast was terrible. The first night my two daughters and I had to share a bed because the extra bed we had was impossible to sleep in. There was no air condition and it was very warm, and we had almost no sleep at all that night. I should add that most of the employees were polite and friendly. I think they understood that we were extremely dissatisfied.

The room was extremely dated; the bed base looked like it had be reclaimed from a flood due to water marks all along the base rising approx 10 inches; there were hairs in the bed when I lifted the duvet cover as well as on the floor in the bathroom. It really needs updating and renovating, very tired ... nothing new about it as the name suggests! The breakfast options were extremely limited and there was no alternative milk other than diary. The staff however were attentive and amenable and whilst they were unable to sort things out on the day, were courteous.

Efficient and friendly check-in. Room clean and well appointed. Slight signs of wear but good quality linen and a comfortable bed ensured a pleasant night. Complimentary breakfast was a limited offering, but the coffee was good

Hmm... price was good, but it was pretty tiny and not very clean.... staff wasn’t available at all, never even at the front desk. Phone in room didn’t work. Bed was really springy and uncomfortable. But I guess you get what you pay for?? Will not be staying there again, but fine place to stay if u have zero expectations and just need a place to crash for the night.
