Horrible.
Arrive to the hotel and get access to my room, "Suite 006" which smells like sewer. I tell the reception this and they go to inspect the room. The young woman arrives and apologises and gives me a new room. Room "G8" in the cellar. This room smells like moist and sweat. Both rooms were very dirty and I didn't even use the bathroom because of this. I can't fathom that this is even a 1 star Hotel. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Choose a different hotel.

Fruktansvärt dyr frukost, så vi åt på stan. Vi har rest mycket och betalat både billiga och dyra hotellrum, men aldrig oavsett pris blivt förvisade till ett källarrum. Men nu gick det bra för vi hade tur med vädret så vi kunde ut och promenera hela dagarna. Saknade dock handdusch. Men det det är nära till ABBA TAR ,fotbolls arenor,fina parker och förmodligen Londons största shoppingcenter.

This hotel is good but the image on hotels.com does not correspond to reality. And I don’t think they correspond to a 4-star hotel. It’s a good 3-star-hotel with a very friendly and service minded staff. The breakfast is nice and it’s close to a huge shopping mall + the ABBA stadium (1,7 km) and the railway station.

Rummen är behov av renovering det vi hade. Servicen borde få 15 poäng aldrig varit så nöjd . Frukosten mycket småvarmt . Gratis vatten på flaska varje dag toppen . nära till ABBA arena . Nöjd återkommer gärna Inte långt från tunnelbanan . Bra med restauranger

Perfekt hotell nära ABBA-arena
Ett mycket bra hotell med utmärkt service. Rummen är fina och frukosten lysande. Vi valde hotellet utifrån närheten till ABBA-arena. Stratford Station ligger i närheten och tunnelbanan tar dig till centrala London på 20 minuter.

Bokar nog inte där igen.
Super trevlig personal. Hade deras Junior Svit. Såg lite sliten ut. Ingen ljudisolering och trafiken utanför kändes som att man var ute. Hade tänk bo där 4 nätter men checkade ut dagen efter och fick betala 1 dag extra ändå.

Superbra!!
Jag och min sambo trivdes otroligt bra på westbridge hotel! Det ligger nära Stratford underground som kan ta dig runt överallt! Tog ca 7 min att gå dit och tunnelbanor kom hela tiden! Rummet var super, rent och snyggt, fräsch dusch, ingen ljus från grannar eller gatan utanför! Kan inte säga annat än att vi är väldigt nöjda! Servicen var också bra och mycket hjälpsam personal!

Out of town option
Ridiculous prices in London meant that I stayed out in Stratford. It's a five to ten minute walk to the Stratford underground station that takes you in to Liverpool Street Station. I was happy with the rooms and under the circumstances it was a good compromise to staying in London.

A perfect stay at a wonderful hotel!
Truly an amazing and excellent hotel in all areas. We were welcomed with such warmth, kindness and patience. We were even allowed to check in several hours earlier. The entire staff were respectful, kind, patient, accomodating, interactive, helpful and trustworthy. There aren't enough superlatives to fairly describe how fantastic and amazing it felt to stay here. The breakfast was concistently delightful. The steak and the lamb burger were delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the necessities. We were a group of 6 and each and everyone felt the same positive way about the hotel and the staff. Would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Toppenhotell!
Vi bodde 3 nätter i ett kliniskt rent twin-rum. Det var speglar överallt och rummet kändes stort och rymligt. Det fanns ett kylskåp och så vi gjorde vår egen frukost. Nära till en Tesco och Westfield shoppingcenter som har allt. Ca 20 min med tunnelbana in till centrala London eller om man vill se lite mer och inte har bråttom så går buss 25 in till Oxford Street precis utanför dörren. Luftkonditionering var ett stort måste för oss denna sommaren och den fungerade klockrent.

This is a nice little hotel which is conveniently located in Stratford, just a short walk from Stratford station (with several connections into central London), Westfield, and the Olympic Park. It takes around 30-40 minutes to get to central depending on where exactly you're heading. My room was quite compact, but the space was used pretty well, and the bed was very comfortable; I slept well. There were a couple of minor cleanliness issues - a hair in the sink when I arrived, a couple of small stains on the edge of the duvet - but nothing so serious as to cause me a concern or worth complaing about. The bathroom had a quite unpleasant smell most of the time though, for some reason! Again, not serious, but a bit strange. I did also find the room a touch cold, even after playing with the a/c, but not uncomfortably so. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would consider returning in future.

We had a good one night stay. We would have liked a proper dinner but were unaware that we could order from another restaurant for delivery before we ordered our pizza. We would have liked somewhere comfortable to sit to have a drink in the evening. The breakfast was good. Staff very pleasant. Perhaps a few sofas dotted around would ebcourage people to stay for a drink.

The staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean and bed very comfortable. Only a few minutes from Stratford Rail Station and ideally situated for the ABBA voyage concert. The room was quiet, and there was everything you would ever want for breakfast, excellent, (self service) but run very efficiently again with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
