I was naturally very sorry to read that you were disappointed by certain aspects of your visit, namely the size of your bedroom bathroom. Being an older historic building in London, our bedrooms are naturally smaller than the more modern larger Hotel chains. We try out very best to ensure that our Boutique nature is advertised as so, and I am sorry for the bathroom being smaller than anticipated.
