Trevligt hotell nära slottet.
För dem som behöver använda hiss var det lite begränsat då den inte kunde klara 4 pers. utan att invända. För övrigt var det en perfekt service av personalen.

Tjusigt hotell men 5 stjärnor?
Vi stannade i fyra nätter på detta hotell. Det är trist när man bokat ett rum för tre personer, att det inte finns tre vattenglas, tre morgonrockar, tre kaffekoppar osv. Vi sa till om det tre gånger, sen gav vi upp. Bäddsoffan glömde dom att bädda, det fick vi också säga till om. Badrummet var i minsta laget. En stor person hade inte kunnat gå in och stängt dörren om sig. Hotellet var tjusigt med mycket personal, men det kändes mer som att dom lekte 5 stjärnigt hotell än faktiskt var det. För att vara ett sånt hotell så måste man vara mycket mer noggrann med detaljer och hålla det man lovar. Vi hade en 40 pund voucher till godo på hotellet att äta för vilket vi informerades om vi incheck, jättetrevligt, så när vi checkade ut och ville lösa in den så blev vi informerade om att den inte gällde för varken hotellfrukosten eller Afternoon Tea utan endast på en av hotellets restauranger som vi inte hade besökt..

I was naturally very sorry to read that you were disappointed by certain aspects of your visit, namely the size of your bedroom bathroom. Being an older historic building in London, our bedrooms are naturally smaller than the more modern larger Hotel chains. We try out very best to ensure that our Boutique nature is advertised as so, and I am sorry for the bathroom being smaller than anticipated. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding the set up of the room, I will personally be looking into this. Great for shorter visits
The hotel had some noisy reconstruction work going on during daytime but I had a good night sleep. The room is on the small side but cosy, comfortable and clean. Location is great!

This is very nice hotel. The best part was the staff, specifically Jason at the New York Bar. He's more than a professional. He is a natural. He took time to ask what we liked and made works of art for us. To call them cocktails doesn't do them justice. You can see his passion for his work in every drink he makes.

Beautiful property however the room they put us in originally was DRAMATICALLY different than the pictures. We asked to be changed and they did so however we weren’t in our room until after 4:30pm. I dined at the restaurant and mentioned the dining discount. They couldn’t apply it and said it would be resolved at checkout. It wasn’t. Nice property but next time I’ll book direct so the quality of the room and service are matched. Would definitely stay again and location can’t be beat!

The Rubens is top notch. Friendly and helpful staff. Afternoon tea was a great experience. I was a little disappointed by the size of the room. Victoria station is a 4 min walk. Buckingham Palace is right across the street.

Olivia the manager and the bell hops were nice. The others at the desk were useless. Our keycode didnt work 2 days in a row. We had to get new keys to get back in our room. the bathroom door hinge was loose and wouldnt close. I told them about it but they never came to fix it. Our phone charger cord went missing from the nightstand after a cleaning. Rooms were tiny. Outlets were positioned poorly so water kettle for instant coffee had to go on floor next to bathroom where you needed curling iron plugged in at same time when getting ready. Btw, it was broken and wouldnt turn on. Also stubbed toe on door stopper located in center of floor isle when accessing bed. Bed was a double when we ordered a queen. No mini fridge available. No room to keep suitcase open so had to remove suitcase from Closet every time i needed something. No drawers to put clothes away. Bathroom door just clears toilet so no more than 1 person in bathroom at a time. Bathroom door should open out of bathroom rather than in but the engineers who designed this place were not too smart. Wouldnt serve me takeout coffee from bar at arrival. Complimentary coffee in lobby only available starting at 7am so leaving earlier for day tours, you need to go to a cafe 1st. It should start at 6am.

Amazing service from all of the staff at the hotel. Truly exceptional!!! Also a fantastic location right in the heart of London and easy to get around town otherwise. Rooms are definitely smaller when compared to American rooms, but have a lot of ambiance and personality nonetheless. Would definitely recommend for your London stay!

The hotel is in a great location, across the street from Buckingham Palace and near Hyde Park and other attractions. However, the hotel is outdated and the rooms are very small and lack basic amenities such as refrigerators and ironing boards and irons. Also, the rooms follow are very classic theme which many people love but I prefer a more modern style.

From the exit of the taxi at the beginning until the end of the vacation the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with assistance in everything.

Great hotel - we will be back!
We loved this hotel! It was in a great location with good food, bars and a big tube stop (Victoria) nearby. It's also a stones throw from Buckingham Palace which was great. The bed was comfy, the water pressure was great and the AC worked amazingly - which as Americas is super important to us. What else can you ask for?! The service was also top notch.
