Guests will have access to the entire upstairs floor (including loft) with the exception of the locked owner's closet. Guests will also have full and sole use of our hot tub and grounds. No other guests will be present during your stay.

* Four bedrooms - bedroom 1: queen, bedroom 2: queen, bedroom 3: twin-over-twin bunk, and bedroom 4 in the loft: pull-out full futon couch.
* Two bathrooms

* Open, spacious, living-room with a smart TV and huge drop-down projector screen with Amazon fire. Perfect for movie nights!

Please note, while this listing is for the upstairs floor only, rest assured that there will not be any guests in the downstairs unit during your stay...you will have the grounds to yourself.
