âBooked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation.

âWe stayed here for three nights to explore Portland and it was a great place to stay. The rooms were spacious for a downtown hotel, the beds were so comfy, excellent shower pressure, spotlessly clean, the AC worked great, and the staff were so helpful from directions to donuts to complimentary bottled water on our way out the door each morning (it was so hot outside!) We were an easy walk to Powell Books, excellent food trucks, lots of cute shops. The valet parking is offsite and requires a ~10...
