“The room was big and the view was amazing. There was so much wildlife around the hotel which was super cool! It was quiet and peaceful. Staff were also nice, especially Lamar! He told us about the osprey nest live cam which I am now addicted to watching lol. Having the restaurant across the street was great and food was good! We would definitely come back!”

“Very good service, hotel condition and amenities. Rooms are sound proof but the big road will make some noises into the rooms facing it. We asked for another room due ro sounds from the road and even got an upgrade. Big thanks to the personel that help us with this.”

“I do recommend Harbour House. Excellent location with free parking in the backyard. Friendly, forthcoming staff. Huge rooms with everything you need. A wide choice for breakfast tops it all up. ”

“Nice clean and spacious room. We had the housekeeping unit and it was well stocked. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Having laundry was a bonus as we had been looking for a laundromat. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Keurig, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pans. Other guests had pets so I would say pet friendly. ”

“On the plus side—The location of the Sonata is excellent. Within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. The dining room and plant room are both sunny and cheerful. It was nice that they had tea, coffee, snacks available on the main floor and the upstairs floors. On the minus side—our room and bathroom seemed tired and dated. “The staff were excellent but my partner has claustrophobia and the tiny room had a too tiny window for his liking. We forfeited our reservation. I must say the manager was extremely helpful in aiding us to find another place to stay. Please do not take my somewhat negative star rating as a reflection on the brand. It is more that my partner could not stay in this room”

“The location of the Inn is perfect, it is across from the harbour and within walking distance of everything we needed. The family that operates the Inn were kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable and it had everything we needed. It was clean, maybe a bit dated, but it didn't take away from our comfort or stay. The breakfast was great, we were treated so well, and the food was delicious. We would stay again if in Charlottetown.”
