“Excellent! Just one word, excellent! The staff, Sammy the Manager and Jacqueline the bartender, were beyond friendly and accommodating. Felt like we were visiting with friends. He came up to smell the room after giving us a different room. The new room’s bathroom door was locked and we asked him to unlock it. He never came to do it. “Myself and 2 other family members had 3-rooms. 1 on each floor 1-2-3. All of our doors to get into room would stick. You would have to put full body force to open and then slam the door closed.
Also-maybe no fault of the hotel but there were police presence due to a fight involving hotel patrons…ATF officers knocking on doors. What appeared to be a party going on outside by my aunts room..for quite a few hours. Not fun.”
