The open layout of the property provides mutliple living spaces , including a screened in breezy porch, and an open patio out back for grilling. The sleeping arrangements offer many options. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom , and a futon couch , and a seperate second living area with a queen bed and futon couch and ensuite bathroom. The entire room offers an extra area to hang out , relax and read a book, or can be closed off for sleeping and privacy. The coastal feel, and the open layout provide the perfect setting for your island stay with family or friends. Grab a cool drink , and take a short stroll across the street to your private beach access for sunset. Relax or cookout on the backyard patio , as you take in the fresh air of the gulf.
