“Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level.”

“Overall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. ”

“The apartment was very dirty, walls full of black markings and dirty hand prints. Bathroom door was black around the handle and the bathroom rug was dirty you could tell it hadn’t been washed. The couches were full of stains and the floors were dirty as well. We were told cleaning supplies would be dropped off but we never got anything. We ended up buying Clorox wipes and toilet paper ourselves.”

“We chose to stay at Bishop Arts Hotel because we needed a room with a sitting area, which it had and was quite comfortable. The hotel is along a streetcar line and has a parking lot for guests so it is easliy accessible. There is no food onsite at the hotel, and the 'nearby' food options are more than a short walk away (only a 5-7min drive, but a 20-30 minute walk) which is not as convenient as we had hoped for. While the rooms are clean the textiles are a bit worn. The hand towels were fraying...

“Booked a room for 3 persons but there were only one bed? Had to pay 1600kr extra just for one more bed so we all could sleep. Terrible service in front desk and breakfast, 140kr for a coffee is not ok ”
