Ca 'Pellicciano is located in a wonderful hilly position, overlooking the olive groves and vineyards of the Romagna countryside. The poet Tonino Guerra loved to call them "Romagna gardens". It is a property that allows customers to relax and regenerate in its well-kept garden, where you can let yourself be overwhelmed by the nature that surrounds it. The farm, despite its recent construction, has been designed with a refined style, in full harmony with the surrounding rural environment, without neglecting, however, modern details, selected with extreme care. Its position allows the guest to reach most of the places of interest in the area, through modest movements. Among the destinations of major tourist interest we find just 15 minutes away, the Romagna Riviera, which includes places such as Cesenatico, Cervia, Rimini and Milano Marittima, highly sought after nationally and not. Alternatively, we find cities of art, such as Ravenna, characterized by its unobtainable mosaics from the Byzantine era or the regional capital Bologna, just 40 minutes away.

Interior:
The villa is on two levels. The main entrance on the ground floor allows you to reach both the kitchen and the living room and to comfortably go up to the first floor. On the right side we find the living room with sofas that leads to the double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, also equipped to accommodate people with disabilities. Also on the ground floor are the kitchen and a service bathroom. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms and one twin, each of which has a private bathroom with shower.

Park:
The fully fenced garden consists of a large lawn area of ​​about 1000 square meters and can be reached from the kitchen and living room exit, where there is a large paved pergola, furnished with a dining table and seating area overlooking the swimming pool and the valley below. The surrounding panorama can be admired from the two panoramic terraces, which offer a breathtaking view.NB: It should be noted that the photo shoots are usually made in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different at the time of your entry into the villa.

Pool:
The swimming pool is located in front of the main side of the house and enjoys a breathtaking view of the valley below. It has a rectangular shape with a stepped entrance with a size of 12 x 5 m and a depth ranging from 0.40 to 1.30 m. The water is purified with chlorine, the tub is equipped with a hydromassage area and has both internal and external lighting. The solarium area, partly paved with terracotta and partly covered with grass, is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, umbrellas and an outdoor solar shower. Near the pool there is a masonry structure perfect for outdoor breakfasts and lunches. The swimming pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Pets: Yes. € 50.00 per animal per week to be paid locally.
