Communication with the host was great…there were a few issues he knew in advance and conveyed to us. Also we discovered a few issues and reported them…Devin took care of those issues right away. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking which we prefer to going out. The coffee bar stocked with coffee was a nice welcoming touch. We were in town visiting our brand new grandson and we had plenty of space to hangout and have fun together. The property is centrally located to several grocery stores and close to Longmont where they live. The host had many supplies available to use (laundry detergent, etc) rather than us having to buy. Neighborhood was great to take the new baby for nice long walks in the beautiful CO sunshine. Very comfortable home and welcoming host

The beds were really comfortable! The host is really responsive. Anything we needed or that was missing was taken care of really quickly. We loved the space available for everyone! Came in to town for a wedding and thankfully, all of us could be together and get ready easily, steaming dresses, etc. With several bathrooms, it was very convenient. The only thing I will say is that the odors outdoors may not be so appealing to sit outside depending where the wind blows in the Fall/Winter months. There are ranches nearby and you can definitely tell! However, the inside of the home did not smell poorly, and everything was great!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and comfortable with cozy beds and roomy accommodations—perfect for our larger group. There was plenty of entertainment to keep everyone happy, and we truly felt right at home.If we could suggest anything, it would be to add a bit more outdoor seating and a few extra blankets for curling up on the couches while enjoying a movie or game night.The host was always available, friendly, and super helpful throughout our stay. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat—highly recommend!

This is a great property! We came to Longmont for a wedding and this house did no disappoint! Plenty of space for all 12 of us. 5 couples and 2 children. The owner provides so many amenities and that is great. Coffee, laundry supplies, paper goods. Very helpful. He reached out to let us know some supplies were being delivered and please feel free to open themUp. We would stay here again if the need arises.

There were 8 adults. We enjoyed the space and easy to use kitchenKitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and other cooking items. We thought an ice cream scoop could be added to the collection. Very relaxing.

Was the perfect “come home to” house for our family on the run doing our Colorado things vacation. Sleeping and bathroom areas are cozy and accommodating. The theater room is amazing, we just didn’t have time to use it! Excellent outdoor space. A little far from the action but in a growing area and worth the little extra time to get to all of the attractions.

Family Vacation

The house was very nice, plenty of room for 11 people. There was space for young adults to play foosball and ping pong and hang out and for the older adults to visit a watch their own shows. The host was very helpful and available for any questions. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were close to RMNP, Longmont, Boulder and the drive to Denver was easy. Overall a great stay!

Mead

So, we were in the area for our daughters graduation from CSU. Homes of comparable size and amenities in FC were 3 to 4 times the price. The easy 25-30 minute drive from Mead to FC was well worth it. Great property. Hosts are super attentive. Home is very well stocked with everything you need or might need. Would definately stay here again.

Lovely Graduation Family Stay

This property was absolutely perfect for our family gathering for CU-Boulder graduation. We had 9 adults, two of them elderly, and were very comfortable with room to spare. The property is very convenient to Boulder and to DIA, and the neighborhood is quiet. The owners are great communicators who made sure any issues were promptly addressed. We would 100% book this property again!

Beautiful Home with Great Amenities, Needs Better Cleaning and In Town Manager

This home is beautiful and spacious with a large kitchen with many amenities and even good knives that was great for cooking for the group. There is plenty of space for a large family and ample and comfortable furniture and beds. The basement is large and ping pong and foosball tables were a hit. Huge screen for movies. Many staples and spices, and bath products were left for use.Location is convenient for hiking and views of the mountains. Our two concerns were that Devin did not have back up for assistance and that the cleaning crew had performed a cursory job. Devin was attentive, but since he and his handyman were out of town, he was not able to assist us with replacing the battery in a chirping smoke detector on a 11 foot ceiling. If we had not had agile, tall adult sons who could climb furniture, we could not have used the master bedroom. There was a second chirping smoke detector wrapped in a jacket in a hall closet that we also replaced. Devin graciously refunded us 50 for the batteries and trouble... Ten bath towels were wet (not just damp, but appeared spun, but not dried) and folded in piles in the laundry room and in a bathroom. We rewashed and dried them. The counters and several dressers were sticky and there were spots of food on the floor, some splatters on cabinets and some debris on the carpets. It wasn't too bad and we cleaned some things. All in all it was a very nice place and we enjoyed this lovely house. it just needs a bit better upkeep.

Lovely home with beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

The view of the Rockies from this neighborhood in Mead, Colorado is stunning. My family and I loved taking walks and soaking up the picturesque surroundings. The home was perfect for my family of 6, with a lot of room to spare. Devin was an excellent and very responsive host before and throughout our stay. Highly recommended VRBO. Thanks for the beautiful experience!

Family visit

Perfect Home

This was a perfect home for us while visiting our son & his family during Thanksgiving. The house was perfect, very clean & full of all the amenities you would need. The owners were easy to work with, always communicating with you before & during our stay. We hope to use again while visiting Colorado. I highly recommend this home!

Very comfortable stay for a grieving family

Our extended family needed a place to stay for our mother's funeral. The home was very clean, comfortable, well stocked with toiletries, pantry items and coffee bar. Something for everyone

We had 3 generations of our family here for a weekend to attend a farm wedding in a tent one mile away. Great place for all and for us the location was key. With it you do get the full farm olfactory experience because the dairy is even closer!

Excellent stay

The property was just as advertised, neat with lot of options for entertainment for kids. We travelled with group of kids and they enjoyed the stay a lot. Had lot of towels, cleaning equipment, stocked kitchen and washer dryer, overall a very good experience and Devin was in constant contact via email/messaging enquiring about our stay, will definitely come back.
