“Friendly & professional staff. Breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for example, requesting a bucket of soapy water / sponge to clean our car of seagull droppings every morning. Also, a guest in an above room to ours left his bath tap running & then laid on his bed to "rest" causing his room & ours, to flood! “great b&b! we had a large beautiful ensuite familyroom facing the street with a large bay window with a view of the flow of the tidal waters. the bathroom was small but clean, but if you are a very large person maybe you will find it hard to fit. The breakfast was abundant. The pretty patio can not be used for brakfasting on account of the aggressive and very large seagulls roaming the area, so you eat inside wich is also nice.
