“great b&b! we had a large beautiful ensuite familyroom facing the street with a large bay window with a view of the flow of the tidal waters. the bathroom was small but clean, but if you are a very large person maybe you will find it hard to fit. The breakfast was abundant. The pretty patio can not be used for brakfasting on account of the aggressive and very large seagulls roaming the area, so you eat inside wich is also nice. Friendly and serviceminded staff! Looe and the surrounding area is...

“Seeing a sunrise at the nearby sandy beach was my highlight. The property was clean and nicely decorated. View of sunset over the river (seen from living area) was also special. Good communications with the owner. We'd definitely go back.”

“There are many many steep steps from the parking area to the door and the two more flights of stairs inside the property. We had 4 large suitcases to carry up these steps/stairs. The parking space is well documented but not the steps/stairs.
