“Amazing view! The room was really cute and clean. Check in was easy. There were two hot tubs and a common area where you could enjoy views of Chattanooga and The Tennessee River. Will definitely stay again.”

“We were unable to get into the room ( passcode did not work)and because of cell reception we did not get message from property manager. We were in town for wedding and had to stay at another hotel. Manager has not offered to reimburse our payment even though they knew we were having issues. We called several times and texted the number given when having the access issue and nobody answered.”

“At first look the property seemed to be updated and clean, but once we got to our floor that impression changed quickly. The hall smelled musty and the carpets were stained. Once in the room, it carried the same theme. The room was musty and humid, the carpet was sticky, the bathroom was not the cleanest, empty body wash bottle (something you don't want to discover mid shower), and we couldn't even get proper bedding for the pull out sofa where my daughter slept. “Hela hotellet mycket nedgånget. Fuktskadad heltäckningsmatta, hela rummet luktade starkt av mögel. Smutsiga sängkläder i utdragssoffan. Torftig och smaklös frukost. Totalt omotiverad och okunnig personal. ”

“Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives.”

“The vibe of this place was really cool. Bartender Jonathan was awesome too. They have a rotating signature drink menu that fits the hotel or bar theme. Its really a unique stay. The breakfast is good and the dinning area is beautiful. Something definitely out of the usual stop through the South. The Hotel is 100+ years old but doesnt show the wear of the old historic look other building do. We will certainly be back.”

“Hotellet i sig var fint och rent samt trevlig personal. Dock dålig info om dyr parkering (inkl. selfparking) och att deras frukost var riktigt dyr. Hade gärna sett frukostmenyn inkl. priser som en folder på rummet. Frukosten var ändå väldigt god men man ser gärna info om det innan man sätter sig så man vet vad det handlar om. ”
