“The property is beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. A special shoutout to their coffee and tea bar- it had a wider selection of teas than most supermarkets! We also loved having dinner on the peaceful backyard patio, which is thoughtfully enclosed with pest screens. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to spot hummingbirds several times during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.”

“The room was clean, which was a plus. However, the checkout process was long and exhausting. Worse, there’s a city garbage facility right behind the Mosaic building. Every morning we were woken up at 5:15 AM by the extremely loud noise from the garbage trucks. The whole process took nearly two hours, so we started every day exhausted. We will never return to this side of the building, I would assume the pool side suites are less noisy”

“If you put a do not disturb sign on your door they will not come back to clean up your room even if you are out by 12 noon Then we had to throw our own garbage out If you need something from the village it is $15 a crack to park your car This called the Hilton Grand vacation !!!!”

“Was decent. Outdoor pool was kind of crowded and had no chairs available, but to be expected on hot sunny days I suppose. Restaurant was disappointing in every way possible. Poor service, mediocre food, and over priced. Other than that pretty good and no issues with the room itself.”

“This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.”
