  • The 120M house has just been completely renovated and features a large living area with an open-concept kitchen that opens onto the living room and dining room (total area of approximately 70m2).<br>In the center of the room, we’ve installed a wood-burning stove for cozy winter evenings by the fire!<br><br>A large hacienda-style mezzanine houses three bedrooms (each 10 m²) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a vintage zinc bathtub. <br><br>All bedrooms are equipped with bedding found in 5-star hotels. <br><br>1st bedroom: 2 beds measuring 90x200 cm that can be pushed together to form a 180 cm bed<br><br>2nd bedroom: 1 bed measuring 160x200 cm + 1 loft bed with a 90x200 cm mattress. <br>Please note: the stairs leading up to the loft are quite steep. Not suitable for children under 10 years old.<br><br>3rd bedroom: 1 bed (160x200cm) + 1 loft with 1 mattress (90x200cm). Please note: the stairs leading up to the loft are quite steep. Not suitable for children under 10 years old.<br><br>Each bedroom can be equipped with a crib. We have two available.<br><br>Opposite the living room, a large 2.50-length picture window opens onto a wooden deck (45m²) that serves as the “gateway” to the garden (1200m²). A treehouse in the cherry tree completes the setting for children under 5 years old.<br>Right in front of you are the wheat fields!<br><br>To enhance the home, we’ve installed an above-ground pool (rectangular Intex) measuring 6 m x 3 m x 1.30 m in height.<br><br>It’s located at the back of the garden, facing the wheat fields!

Could have been good

If everything had worked, this would have been a lovely property. But: Communication from the host was terrible. They didn't answer questions before we arrived, they wanted us to phone them to get the entry codes but gave us the wrong phone number, then they gave us the wrong entry codes. When we told them about serious problems, they simply stopped responding to messages. They didn't reply to Vrbo staff either. Then, two days later, they contacted us and couldn't understand why we were unhappy.We'd made a special point of booking a property with a pool but the pool had almost no water, and the pump wasn’t working, so it was unusable.The main downstairs living area was dirty. We had a baby with us, and we had to vacuum the floor to make it safe, as the carpet had bits of food, stones from fruit, and other dangerous small objects on it. There was loud building work at the adjoining property. The host claimed no knowledge of this - but it turned out that the builders were working for them. They had not warned us about the builders in advance. And the builders were living next-door, keeping us awake on our first night while they chatted in the back garden past midnight.There was a bath advertised, but its pipes were blocked and only one tap worked; the freezer had loose food in the trays; parts of the oven were filthy; etc. This is a lovely house but it was as if the owners hadn’t prepared for guests! (And no guide about rubbish collection, leaving the property, local info etc
