    Location - Spain/Los Alcazares-Narejos/Murcia – Nueva Ribera Resort.

    This is a perfect newly fully refurbished luxury ground floor one bed apartment for couples only or with a child suitable for a travel cot, within 100metres of the beach which is the start of a beautiful 7km shore line walk along the sea of the Mar Menor from Los Narejos to Los Alcazares whether by barefoot on the beach or in flip flops along the relaxed paved promenade.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

    General overview

    Set in a gated community resort with 24/7 security with available free parking if you wish to hire a car during your stay – the resort is within a very local Spanish area with local good Spanish restaurants and bars – however the option to walk 10 minutes to a busier lively area where you can enjoy further entertainment into the early hours with the various cultures who visit the area and have made it their permanent home.

    The Apartment is personally owned by my Husband and I, which gives it that extra special touch of class that appreciates what our guests are looking for in terms of all the home comforts to immediately relax and put the flip flops on.

    · Our property managers will be there for all emergency issues and their contact details will be provided prior to arrival.

Very comfortable apartment in superb location with everything you need. Building work on the complex a bit noisy but cannot be helped. Great host ready to help throughout.

What can I say, this place was perfect! The host was exceptionally helpful and friendly, with every question answered immediately, she went out of her way to ensure our stay was the best. Her info was clear and accurate and we even got little pics to support the info. The property was perfectly equipped, all looking new, immaculately spotless and in the most perfect location possible. We have stayed in this beach club before, but this was the best apartment to date. We love the closeness to pool, the beach, beach bars and many restaurants it’s in a fantastic position for water sports, plus there is a local gym within easy walking distance (next to a supermarket) that does daily/weekly memberships. Supermarkets close by for walking to or a very short drive. This apartment has its own parking spot, but there is also plenty of parking outside as well. I loved the little extras that were supplied, like coffee pods, beach towels, sun-beds etc. We will defo be back again. It was a very comfortable stay, where we felt fully looked after.

A nice apartment in a well maintained private complex right next to the beach, with either underground parking or plenty of space outside.The location is right next to the beach on the edge of the urban area, at the end of the now military training airport. There is a nice beach bar/restaurant just outside and loads of places to try kite surfing, paddle boarding etc.The apartment is light, the galley kitchen has the essentials, and although it’s nice to have a kettle, it would be good to also have a coffee pod machine, as they’re easier to use than the cafetière! The bedroom is a good size, and the aircon for the apartment is effective. The sofas are comfortable, but the second sofa made the living room feel a bit cramped. There is excellent 400mbps WiFi and we had good communication with the host.What didn’t we like?There is only one set of keys provided so we couldn’t do our own thing so easily.There are no power sockets near the table in the living room, I bought an extension lead that I left behind!The flight training starts at 08:30 most days, we got used to the prop sound though. There is construction of new homes between the apartment and the beach, although nearly complete, the noise started 08:00, there are no shutters, so it was quite noticeable, also no net curtains for privacy.The area is surrounded by marsh land and the biting insects were persistent, although there are mosquito screens on the windows, the midges still get through.

Bonito,elegante y estupendo apartamento

Geri se ha preocupado e implicado al 100% para que nuestra estancia fuese lo más satisfactoria posible. El apartamento cumple con todas las expectativas pues el mobiliario, electrodomésticos y enseres son nuevos y de gran calidad. Dispone de un buen menaje y utensilios de cocina. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla, enseguida enfría todo el apartamento. Posee mosquiteras. El acceso a la piscina es directo desde el salón. La urbanización dispone de seguridad y aparcamiento. Se encuentra cerca de la playa. Surgió algún imprevisto que Geri atentamente se encargó de solucionar de manera eficaz por lo que quedamos muy contentos con su labor. Estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y de dar respuesta inmediata. En resumen, se trata de un apartamento muy acogedor y elegante, donde podrás disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones, con la tranquilidad de que Geri estará a tu disposición.
