Perfekt läge, nära flygplatsen men ändå avskilt. Parkeringsplats bra, maten bra och frukosten var kanon

Jätte bra och vänliga personal från städerskor, vaktmästare, reseption, till restraung personalen. Lite för långt från allt annat men så nära flygplatsen. Trivdes jätte bra.

Upon walking in, the room smells old, musty and like mildew. We stayed for three nights and were questioned constantly about if we were guests, having to verify our name and room number. Was charged an extra day for parking by one staff and told by another they could not issue a refund claiming they aren’t even supposed to charge. Snack bar is minimally stocked. Unable to connect any streaming service to TV. No bathtub and the shower does not drain properly so the entire bathroom floor became soaked each time it was used. Sink was clogged with hair and did not drain. Side tables in room were sticky. Stains all over comforter and sheets. Elevator floors were constantly sticky. Staff was overall rude. Opening bedroom window- large amounts of lint came in. looking down outside the window, lint was covering the balcony below and had to be some sort of fire hazard.

Room service was unable to provide an extra pillow & I have back problems. Also parking was very inconvenient & unsafe . I had to park on the 6th floor walk all the way down and in the alley in the dark from the elevator.

Bathroom literally flooded every time you used the shower. I understand this is a handicap room but the water has no where to drain when it floods to the toilet. There was about 4 in of water flooded all over the bathroom floor and out into the carpet area. I notified the front desk and all they did was give me towels. Very hard to use the restroom when the whole bathroom is flooded during our stay.

Racing in parking lot where my car was after being charged I would expect better oversight. Shower door was broken. Milk and Salsa from last guests were still in the refrigerator. Hall by elevator smells like burnt wires. Front desk was very nice but I will not be staying here again.

A decent choice for a business stay in El Segundo near LAX. The room furnishings weren't quite as upgraded as other Doubletree properties that I've stayed in recently. The nightly parking fee is annoying and I probably wouldn't stay here again because of it. Same with the $20 breakfast buffet. They offer the same mediocre food that most mid-range hotels offer for free.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly however, I must mention that the mattress was quite uncomfortable. While the room was very clean and well-appointed, the mattress seemed old and lacked support, which made it difficult for me to get a restful night's sleep. I believe updating the mattresses would greatly enhance the comfort of guests staying at the hotel.

I really did not like the fact that the airport shuttle has been eliminated. It's quite an ordeal to get from the airport to the hotel - have to take a shuttle from the airport to the Uber/Lyft location, then pay $25 to get to the hotel. Really appreciated the shuttle when they had it. Also had to pay $27 for parking - I know that's kind of the going rate, but it's a lot for outdoor park-yourself.

My first issue is that I called to see if there was early check in and was advised that there was and that I can come and check in at 3. However when I arrived I was told I had to wait until the original check in time. That was inconvenient. The front desk staff was amazing and patient with me, and very welcoming when I returned. My second issue, I left my room to get food and returned to my room, upon returning to my room house keeping was cleaning out the room I still had 45min to checkout I felt like I was being kicked out. I wasn’t allowed to go back in even though I still had my key.

came down for a short business trip. Staying in a home Trip turned into the trip from h%$#. My stay at the Double Tree in El Segundo was like a stay in a quite heaven. They where very helpful with me understand what I needed to do to extend my stay several times, never had to move my room, was all ways quite and restful.

Great easy stay if you have a car. Not close to the typical LA sites but worked for going to a concert at Sofi for the night. Very clean and nice.

We really enjoyed staying at this double tree location , housecleaning arrived every morning did bed, clean towels took out garbage . Staff super friendly and helpful definitely will stay here again when visiting LA

Room was amazing but what ruined my stay was the service. They have charged me extra on so many things, it didn’t seem like an accident. I’ve called twice to complain they keep saying they will refund me and then my refund disappears from my account. I’m still trying to get my refund…

hotel from haven trip from hell
I have had to extend my stay 3 times never a problem never had to move rooms, front desk very helpful even when the room key fell out of my pocket in the car and I thought it was lost. has been very nice stay here trip has been a very bad one and the Double Tree in El Segundo has been a wonderful place to unwind

Not very clean
When entering the hotel it didn’t smell clean or fresh in the lobby or the elevator. There was a strange smell. Every time I washed my hands in the room the water smelled bad like sewage water. The bottom of the bath tub had a permanent slip material that looked dirty. Over all it didn’t feel clean in the hotel to myself or my family
