I was not told that I had to request to have my room cleaned. Came back first day, found room uncleaned and no clean towels. I called the front desk. They informed me that I must request to have my room cleaned. So, I requested it for the next day. Same issue, came back to room, still no cleaned. I called the front desk and they sent a cleaning crew immediately to clean it. The cleaning crew told me that noone put me on the list. The cleaning crew also show me a door hanger that says on one side, "Room Service." No one explained that to me either. Finally, I was in Room 211 and apparently 3 prositutes had room 201. So on the second day, each time I came up to my room, they tried to get me to come into their room to have sex with the 3 ot them for $100 each. They was very attractive black young ladies with everything private showing. I was completely disgusted. Not a place I will ever stay again.

Cabinets screwed shut. Hand towels substituted for bath towels and most importantly, most unsafe experience in over 30 years. They rented a room to 10 people and had a mob fighting and screaming past midnight. They offered to move us but not to a safer, different building. Horrible sleepless night. Stay here at your own risk!

It asks: What did you like about your stay? I can more easily tell you what I didn't like, and that was two major things. One, the staff (a male) at the front desk, didn’t bother to get his name. He was devoid of Customer Service skills and immediately my review for this stay started typing itself. The second thing were the beds. They made more noise than nails on a chalkboard, they could hear us “spelunking” through the paper thin walls, not that I cared, but the sound the beds made at any subtle movement, was extremely annoying and I couldn’t even stay asleep. No joke. My friend recommended this place as the perfect spot to take the train to the NOS center in San Bernardino, and he was right. He also said he liked his stay, so maybe it was a fluke for me and I got the worst experience of the two things I care about most, staff, and beds. Don’t let them put you in room 122. Other than that, it’s semi close (drivable) to the Rancho Cucamonga train station, and a huge plaza and Ontario mills. Oh and right next to the air port. It’s a good spot, I just got bad luck on my stay.

The Continental Breakfast was very poor. unit very old, they limit your time to stay at the same room, not happy at all.

Nice stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Only recommendation is that they get real bath towels for residents. The towels are more like hand towels.
