We had trouble with noisy guests and the smell of marijuana, but we were promptly moved by the staff, who were the most friendly, helpful, accommodating, prompt to serve staff I have ever encountered in my travels!
The next morning, around 7:30 am, we were unable to leave our floor because the elevator was being reprogrammed. I think we should have been notified upon check in and given directions to a service elevator rather than be told we would need to wait or take the stairs (10 flights before a track meet? NOT!). Thankfully, it didn’t take too long, but I’m undecided if I will return.
I thank the staff for their kindness and all of their efforts to ensure our comfort. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
